Heylo again and potentially one final greeting for Thursday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for today now stands @ 1911. Righteo, potential final, final events for Thursday?
- Usually, when Karina arrives she likes saying, "The Sun's up, and so should you be!" but when she knocked, opened the door and entered my room this morning, I wasn't facing her, just waved Uber in her direction and growled, "The Sun isn't up and therefore I not be up either. Git." Karina just roared with laughter, said fifteen more minutes and then left. XD
- When she came back, I used the pot :P for one more tinkle, we got me kitted and then I headed out to the kitchen and brushed teeth, before sitting down @ the gobbling :P table for breakfast, which was one bowl of Sultana Bran with milk, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one slice of dry (unbuttered) bread spread with a little avocado and sprinkled with salt. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh* During and after breakfast, I happily read for one hour, reaching pg. 325 @ 9:05am, reaching pg. 333 @ 9:18am and reaching pg. 350 @ 9:52pm.
- Before leaving, I hiked upstairs and did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning against the wall (my upstair bathroom's really small) and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the
saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my
day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NO
- Back downstairs, I washed and dried Era @ the kitchen sink and then climbed into Karina's passenger seat and she tootled me off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown for my fortnightly shopping trip, doing a sidepark on level two.
- While Karina went to find the groceries and buy buns for me, I posted an update onto Facebook. When she came back I asked her to please grab a trolley for us, and then we began grocery shopping.
- First we bought items from Woolies; Caitlin was manning the self-serve checkouts today! While Karina scanned my items through the machine; Caitlyn told me she had a long day; she'd started @ 7am and didn't end till 4pm! Pretty sure opening hours have extended since I worked there briefly before the cruel and unfaithful God totally destroyed my life with the disabling brain injury; pretty sure I never had to start until 9am?
- Next we hiked upstairs and bought further groceries from Coles; Karina told me that we were right to leave after that, coz she'd already bought buns for me from New York Baguette when she first went searching for the grocery items.
- Back inside KKarina's car, she tootled us off to Sunnybank Plaza to buy takeaway lunch from C Cafe, finding an underground disabled park.
- Upstairs, I headed to the back, where the comfy leather sofa seats were.
- Jacky took our orders; sure enough, even though it wasn't on the lunch special menu, I got like half a BBQ duck with a fried egg and a HK-style milk tea coffee for seventeen buckjs! Karina chose beef and black bean with rice, eww. XD
- Back home, Pastor Grace was already waiting by the garage and eating! Originally she wasn't sure could she make it, since the rain was BUCKETING down, but the skies cleared in time for her to bring Korean sushi~ Over lunch, she told me that Naomi has a belt grading session coming up, also that she's learning chess! My admiration for her has increased a thousand-fold: I'm USELESS @ playing chess. XD
- After I walked Pastor Grace to the door and thanked her for coming, I returned to the gobbling :P table and finished my lunch before taking a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- I had one tinkle before Karina flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Karina rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was helping with Erf's sock and one last when I was drying out the ears with a tissue.
- That all done, I headed outside and turned the computer on, while Karina returned to clean the bathroom before coming back to massage Ela for about ten minutes. Oh, PIG mum arrived home sometime around then.
- After signing Karina off with my thanks and byes (she's back next Thursday same time), I let PIG mum nab half my sausage bun for arvo tea and return she gave me some warm drink.
- Before returning online, I used the loo for one more tinkle.
- Apparently, dad will take us out for dinner tonight coz he's busy Sunday! Karina told me apparently the 2022 NRL season starts this Sunday with the Broncos vs. the Bunnies! I don't mind who wins, because the Broncos are my home team but I've always gone for the Rabbitohs coz I'm born in the CNY of the Rabbit!
- Toms: can't remember who's minding me 9-1; will check roster after publishing this post. Fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme buy a yummy crunchy/crispy pork salad roll from the Vietnamese bakery for lunch!
- Think she's found Tiff and Marissa to gimme OT toms arvo but I also think we're cooking something with chocolate! My Chopping Board Of Death is sulking that he will not see any action. XD
- Fingers crossed PIG mum'll feed me some arvo tea and I can read for one hour!
- Also fingers crossed I can watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 30TH time!
- Anyways, fingers crossed I can bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing end to their week toms!
