Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2102 steps (ha, I'm over two grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's "God's Best Promise" and thirdly, TWFT topic's "Stick With God's Plan (1)". Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, second consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 6:10am, and after one pot :P trip I spend ten
minutes beginning a mostly
silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the
patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today
with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering
for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It
doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not
through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess
whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. ><
*sigh*\
- Nature usually calls hourly after that initial pot :P trip, but happiness was snoring soundly with Uber all the way until dearest dad very thoughtfully silently walks down the hallway and unpops the lock into the garage before waking for another pot :P trip.
- After dearest dad kisses me bye, retucks me back into bed and leaves for his hard day's work, Uber and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Hannah's arrival @ 9am.
- When Hannah arrives, PIG mum lets her in, she knocks, opens door, says good morning and fifteen more minutes? When Uber nods she wisely retreats for another quarter-hour; after she comes back I use the pot :P for several more tinkles, we get me kitted and I head over to brush teeth before going outside to the gobbling :P table.
- Breakfast is one yummy bowl of flaky bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) with one slice of buttered toast spread with the orange marmalade Anna made me, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I sit over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against
the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the
saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my
day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NO
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into Hannah's tank and she tootles me off to Underwood MarketPlace for walkies and grocery shopping. Tissue boxes were out, though.
- Happiness was getting like 1.5 hours to play mobile games afterwards! Although I only managed to pass two more levels of Jewel Legend. XD
- Back home, I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. While showering, I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud. Actually, I was done only after 10% but happily fully leaned against the right side-rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling Hannah back.
- After I flipped the nice warm water off, I got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Hannah rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was helping with Elf's sock and one last tinkle when she was giving Wally back to Era.
- Back outside, PIG mum ordered I come flip the tuna in tomato and onion with a slice of cheese toastie she'd made for me before letting me sit. Lunch was washed down with one mug of vanilla chai with milk, yum!
- After lunch, I plopped online before signing Hannah off with my thanks and byes. She's back @ 5:30pm and taking me to Toastmasters!
- Toms: can't remember who's taking me to UQ where I'm doing physio with Hamish.
- Afternoon appointment to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage; bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
- Wonder if I've got time to enjoy my most important two hours of the day, eat arvo tea and read for one hour before joining choir practice from 5:30pm till 6:45pm?
- But prolly won't bbl so hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
