Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3561 steps (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Triumph Is Sure' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'People With A Past (2)'. Anyways, events for today?
- Nature called once @ 12:35am; I used the pot :P again around 6:30am, before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Nature usually calls every hour after that initial pot :P trip but happiness today is snoring soundly until dearest dad walksa very considerately silently along the hallway and unpops the lock leading into the garage before waking for another pot :P trip.
- After dearest dad kisses me bye, retucks me back into bed and leaves for his hard day's work, Padan and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Hannah's arrival.
- When Hannah got here @ 9am, she knocked, said good morning, fifteen more minutes and wisely left after Padan nodded @ her. XD
- When she got back, I used the pot :P for a few more tinkles, we got me kitted and then I went over to the bathroom to brush teeth while Hannah emptied the commode. Teeth brushed, I sat over the loo for only one tinkle and came out to the gobbling :P table when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable.
- Breakfast is one bowl of sticky Bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD); one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly smeared with avocado and also lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I sit over the loo once more. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against
the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the
saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my
day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NO
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into Hannah's tank and she tootles me off to Garbo's Pancake Manor to meet Louise and Mr. Stefan! Isn't she awesome: she somehow founds a park that once we catch the lift up onto ground level, when we walk out we're nearly right @ the entrance!
- We arrive first, Louise and Mr. Stefan arrive soon afterwards! They have this ADORABLE girl bear for me!
- Even cooler: the Pancake Manor now even offer FRIED CHICKEN! But I wanted one with hollandaise sauce ... the guy was so awesome and said he'd chuck in a little tub of free hollandaise sauce for me! How cool's this: we ALL drank a chocolate shake each!
- Whoops, less than fifteen minutes left, so just briefly:
- Chatted over lunch, got home and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, I headed back outside to the gobbling :P table in the hope PIG mum would feed me some lunch, but nope. >< XD Just waited until Hannah cleaned the bathroom and then I signed her off with my thanks and byes. She's not back till next Monday; wonder who's coming Saturday?
- Saw Jacky @ Breathe physio for therapy. Physio today: theraband pulling, reaching for both arms, 1.501km exercise bike riding, three sets of ten lat pull downs and three sets of inward pull rows.
- Got home and tootled online.
- Looking forward to watching the news (Nine's) for the 35TH time!
- Toms: NAB appointment toms before I see Ray for acupuncture; hope he remembers to bring me a cake! XD
- Hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
