Thursday Post 437b

Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 4735 (sweet I'm over 4.5 grand today, too! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Clothed In Righteousness'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

  • Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P (PIG mum recently discovered a new flavour with MANGO bits and it's delicious!), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, I sat once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into Karina's passenger seat and she tootles me off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown for my fortnightly shopping trip! Thanks muchly to her who kindly helped me buckle my seatbelt all day~
  • Karina takes a side park along level two, grabs a trolley for us, takes me once to the loo and sees me seated with Traci Harding's The Present Past before going to find the groceries that PIG mum's after while I happily read for about one hour, reaching pg. fifty @ 9:51am and finishing page seventy-five @ 10:40am.
  • After posting an update onto Facebook, I use the loo once more and duck into The Reject Shop to find a cheeky (but not rude :P) 30th birthday card for Mr. Jig-Air, before buying groceries from Woolies and then heading upstairs to finish grocery shopping @ Coles. Can you believe it? Karina bought TWELVE bottles of 1.35L soft drink!
  • I feel like a loyal customer; Karina finds a park underground and after we catch the travelator onto ground floor and enter C Cafe, I wave @ the lady behind the counter; she immediately gestures me to the back of the restaurant where I'd reserved a table with the comfy leather seats @ the back for us!
  • Pastor Grace arrives around 12:45pm. I loved the baked pork chop rice C Cafe makes: it comes with little bits of scrambled egg! Over lunch, Pastor Grace told me of the troubles she's been going through trying to get Naomi a guitar!
  • Whoops lest then ten minutes left, so just super-briefly:
  • Got home, showered, had a banana for arvo tea, did a second stinky unspeakable and watched the 6pm bulletin (Nine's) for the 169TH time:
  • Used loo for one tinkle, had dinner (rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, one rather disgusting slice of eggplant and like two thin slices of chicken), drank soup, took bowl to sink and returned online.
  • Righteo, hopefully bbl after one final loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Friday else hoping everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
