Good evening! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 1048 steps today (which D2 proudly reports as also equaling twenty-five kcal or 410m XD); secondly, TWFT topic's 'Suffering With Grace'; thirdly, Joni's devotional topic's He Upholds Everything' but fourthly and most importantly, I'll dsefinitely be owed lotsa time online after dinner, coz I didn't plop online till 6:10pm! But just noting down that today I had an almost-tolerable torture session with Vincent the bloody physio, Aunty Mecky came to mind me for three hours while lucky PIG mum got taken out by Aunty Anne and Aunty Bing Kee! Afterwards, I had an appointment to see Jane from Epic, which went late coz we didn't leave till 4:20pm! But Carol came and supervised my shower and alas, PIG mum's booting me offline now, so just noting that toms I've got a massage with Lei shifu, Annette's taking me out for my fortnightly Garbo trip and that I'm still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-THREE MINUTES online after dinner tonight!! >< Righteo, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone's having a smashing week!
