Heylo again, and probably one final greeting for Thursday! Em's probable final, final report for Thursday now stands @ 3379; D2's probable final, final report for Thursday: 3238 steps also equals seventy-six kcal or 1.41km. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for Thursday?
-When Annette announced her arrived @ 4:57pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette kindly helped with my back, Era and both calves) then mostly rekitted myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO).
-I went over to the loo for two tinkles, before I went over to wash and dry Era then let Annette Force me to walk out to the kitchen to prepare my arvo tea.
-The yummy peppermint tea (of which I sucked the teabag once XD) was my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'; the half a toastie was unfilling, but hey, I've learnt to live with all the restrictions that PIG mum so happily places on me. :o(
-After cleaning the bathroom, Annette sat and massaged Ela quite strongly for like forty-five minutes. Actually, she also gave both shoulders a quick rub, because she stopped @ 5:50pm when the sports report came on, but I was like, "Please keep going, it's not 5:55pm yet."
-Before leaving exactly two hours after she'd arrived, Annette took me once to the loo for two tinkles.
-At 6:15pm, when nature suddenly called, I took myself once slowly and safely to the loo and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-Doubt I'll return online after dinner, considering I've already exceeded the PISSY two hours of net time that PIG mum so gleefully restricts me to, so toms:
-sleep-in! I've only got some late morning acupuncture appointment.
-Fingers crossed PIG mum'll take me somewhere yummy for lunch!
-Aunty Lucia's coming to supervise my shower around 4pm.
-And I haven't decided if I'll attend small group toms night or not, see, it's @ Ray's place (stairs) and we're only playing boardgames (coz there's been some week-long conference on) ... anyways, hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!
