Hey, apologies for not posting yesterday, Aunty A took PIG MUM AND i DOWN TO THE COAST! wILL WRITE A SPECIAL BLOG POST ON THAT SHORTLY, BUT HERE'S YESTERDAY'S FIGURES: i PLODDED - sorry, shrieking! >< - 12160 steps (yup, I was a normal person yesterday!), which D2 proudly reports as also equaling 5.10km or 273kcal. Yesterday's TWFT topic was 'How Much Is Enough? (2)', today's is 'Complacent or Committed?' and Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'When Scripture Hrts'. This morning, I had my first UQ physio session foe 2014 with Sabina, then Aunty Melody met PIG mum and I @ Woka Woka for lunch before I saw Ian for a comfy massage @ Chi Link. Carol will come supervise my shower @ 4pm then toms, I'vegot a torture session with Vincent the bloody physio but hopefully I can get some yummy lunch @ the Calamvale and Chinese restaurant afterwards, before Carol Lockwood comes and supervises my shower. Tonight I'm enjoying Chicago Fire, but way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-ONE MINUTES online after Carol leaves @ 6pm!! Anyways, hopefully bbl with today's events, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

P.S. Almost forgot! Today, I've been hard @ work plodding 3439 steps today, which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling eighty-four kcal or 1.43km.XDa
