Monday Post 305c

Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Have done treadmill plodding with David, so can login potential final, final plodding total for "Monday @ 1695. Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• Now @ 5:25pm I've finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 5:24. That's today's quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD But just briefly, coz there's just over thirty minutes till the news comes on:
• Let PIG mum happily boss me around making breakfast (avocado on toast), did stinky unspeakable, read my daily Bible passages and then tootled online.
• Had delicious flatbread with leftover meat pie filling for lunch; also poured myself one mug of Chinese tea (poured for dearest dad too~) and had Whatsapp videochat with Yau Hin and 4th Aunty.
• David came and gave me a session of physio: twenty minutes treadmill walking 0.8km/hr, fifty reaches for Era, 150 for Ela, fifty sit-to-stands (both hands holding bedrail), fifty sit-to-stand squats, eight donkey squats for Erf.
• Tina minded me from 2pm till 5pm. Lol, she was so proud of herself for arriving on time today! XD
• Took a nice hot shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hateful sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was already all done after only 10%, coz after I'd called Tina back to please gimme some facewash she kindly stayed and held the showerhead over my back to keep me warm, but I happily leaned fully against the side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before flipping the nice hot water off and calling for Tina.
• Dried, creamed and remitted arvo tea was one yummy banana and one small mug of jasmine green tea. Happiness was reading Tony Blair's memoirs for one hour exactly. As for Tina, she took simply ages to clean the bathroom, leaving her only about twenty minutes to very gently massage Ela, whom she painted puce with white today. After reading for one hour, I played Farm Heroes. XD
• Used loo once more for two tinkles @ 5:55 before signing Tina off with my thanks and byes. She's back Thursday and taking me shopping!
• Looking forward to watching the news @ 6pm; the 88TH time I'll have watched it!
• Toms: Hannah's taking me out for UQ physio @ like 12:30pm; hope PIG mum helps me up toms ...
• No word yet as to how small group's happening~
• Righteo, hopefully bbl else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
