Monday Post 303d

Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Have plodded treadmill and can officially login today's plodding total @ 1695. Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• PIG mum hit me with the eye goo and helped me exceedingly slightly with nothing but the bra strap, before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I did so immediately because I'd already given myself fifteen more minutes. Calling her back to please help with Elf's AFO straps and both laces, I then let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the table to brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for only one tinkle, coming out when I realise I feel like doing a stinky unspeakable.
• Actually, it's nearly time to watch the news! Just super-briefly, then:
• Did a stinky unspeakable, read daily Bible passages and tootled online until midday.
• Got myself a spoon and had one of PIG mum's chicken potpies for lunch! Me liked~ Also poured myself one mug of tea.
• David gave me physio: twenty minutes treadmill 0.8km/hr, 100 sit-to-stands,100 reaches for Era to the left and the same for Ela, thirty sit-to-stand squats.
• Took a nice hot shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hateful out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, since Tina held the water over my back and kept me warm after I called her back to please gimme some facewash I was all don't after only 11% but happily leaned fully against the right side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling Tina back.
• After I'd flipped the nice hot water off I got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Tina remitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was doing Erf's laces and one last when she was washing my glasses for me.
• Back outside, arvo tea was one yummy little banana and one small mug of jasmine green tea.
