Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3295. Righteo, just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• Had breakfast, did a stinky unspeakable, turned the alarm on and then went to see Vincent the bloody physio for my weekly torture session. Physio today: stood entire session, bent to ground eleven/twelve times for Ela to move object, timed reaching for both hands, weightshifting, falling forwards four times and three/four attempts before successfully leaving.
• Saw Ray for some massage and acupuncture and then bought groceries from Calamvale Central before buying a takeaway lunch of chicken katsudon home. 'Twas inferior: there wasn't any egg!
• Pao minded me from 3:30pm till 6pm.
• Watched Nine's 6pm news bulletin; the 84TH time I've watched it this year! All the interesting surnames I saw: Palaszczuk Gloftis, Ardern, Heinke, Cavallaro, Uhlmann, Daish, Fauci, Biden, Visser, Mohle, Reiner, Kristofferson, Upcroft, Weinstein, Heneker, D'Allesandro, Kohler (heard), Lawless, Seibold, Renouf, Lockyer, Bellamy, Dobbin, Kearney, Hopoate (heard), Don, McReight, Rich, Ariotti, Easy, Kain, Sarv, de Brenni, Ezzy, Felsch and Ronaldo. 68.95USc =1AUD. Brisbane was 21-25 today. Mt. Gravatt tomorrow: 9-23. 84TH 6:38am sunrise 5:05 sunset
• Sweet, only July 1st and this month has already been satisfied because I didn't haveta get myself cutlery for all three meals today; toast for breakfast, takeaway for lunch and Pao got me a spoon for dinner! :D
• Toms: Hannah's helping me up @ 8am. Will  read for one hour @ home and then buy groceries from Coles @ Sunnybank Plaza with her before we meet Pastors Chris and Grace for lunch @ Woka Warrigal @ 1pm!

  P.S. Now @ 9:41pm I've finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting exactly five minutes! That's today's quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I also played one tonight lasting 8:18!
