Saturday Post 313

 Good afternoon! Firstly, I'm logging in today's plodding total @ only 750 (not going out today, see) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Guidelines For Parenting (1)'. Anyways, events for today?

• For my first game of Bejeweled ending @ 2:56, I lasted 5:57. Now, lemme play one more game lasting between six and seven minutes, and I'll promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until PIG mum began her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs and after one pot :P trip, I immediately tried falling back asleep coz I knew she'd get noisy again one hour later!
• Like clockwork, @ 7:20am, PIG mum went a-THUMPING around upstairs and got changed for work. After another pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes till 7:30am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• After PIG mum hits me with the eye goo and leaves for her half day's work,  I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• Now @ 4:05pm I've played one more game of Bejeweled lasting 6:03. That's today's quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms, because I've actually played one more memorable game lasting 7:17 and a fourth lasting 7:54! But have used too much time and have less than twenty minutes left, so super-briefly:
• Hannah minded me from 10am till 2pm. Showered @ 12:30pm.
• Read for eighty-five minutes first up, reaching pg. 100 @ 10:45am, reaching pg. 111 ten minutes later @ 10:55am and reached pg. 125 @ 11:10am. Learnt the correct spelling for skewwhiff! Then I reached pg. 150 @ exactly 11:30am and reached pg. 175 @ 11:51am.
• Used loo for one tinkle @ midday after doing a stinky unspeakable this morning, before drinking my second mug of white tea with two sugars and having three/four of those vita-wheat bikkies. Rang Aunty Lai, chatting with her for 8:11 before continuing reading till 12:30pm, reaching pg. 200 @ 12:24pm.
• Hannah had a roast beef, cheese and tomato sandwich for lunch; thanks to dad who cooked me some fried rice for lunch earlier this morning. I kept reading, reaching pg. 222 @ 1:18pm, pg. 225 @ 1:20pm and reaching pg. 250 @ 1:38pm.
• After finishing my most important two hours of the day, I'll visit the loo once and then read for another thirty minutes; it's only Saturdays I gfet to spend a blessed three hours reading~
• Must work on Furious fiction entry tonight!
• Toms: just church, nothing special. Kim's helping me up @ 8:30am and dropping me off @ church for ESS. Her shift ends @ 11am; wonder how much earlier she'll try to squirrel away? XD
• Fingers crossed the parents will lemme have lunch out with other ESS people afterwards!
• Oh, and it's Father's Day toms!!
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing Sunday ahead!
