Tuesday Post 462

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2433 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Love One Another Glady'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Start Living With Purpose' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's   'Destruction Destroyed'. Anyways, events for today?

• Nature called once @ 1:50am last night; I also used the pot :P again @ 7:35am before  1:20I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• The next time I'm awoken for the pot's :P from PIG mum's daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs.  Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Lena's arrival.
• Once PIG mum lets Lena inside @ 9am, Lena knocks, opens the door and cheerily calls out, "Good morning!" When I flap Pijum's ear @ her she laughs and goes "Fifteen more minutes, okay?" Another earflap from Pijum and she wisely goes; phew, since Pijum's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
• Once Lena comes back, I use the  pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head  over  to the bathroom to brush teeth, before sitting over the loo for one tinkle. After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Lena.
• Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly smeared with avocado and equally lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into Rix's passenger seat. Lena kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt (as she does all day) and then she tootles me off to Breathe for physio with Eric. 
• Physio today: 1.248km bike ride,  36 shoulder press per hand with 4kg dumbbell,  36 sit-to-stands with left and forward weightshift and 36 steps per foot then Pilates was lying on floor and doing pilates movements for Elf. Eric's got a very calming voice, not a Voice Of Authority @ all! XD
• After physio, Lena tootled us off to Pinelands Plaza and parked outside  Coles. After grabbing a trolley for us, we brought groceries from Coles and  then I got my once-weekly bahn mi from  the Pinelands Bakehouse. Aww I feel like a loved customer; while I was waiting for my crackling pork bahn mi to get heated up, Aunty Nancy asked me how am I? I replied good, not hot; no Sun today!
• Back home I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks  to Lena who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was my scrumptious crackling pork salad roll plus one big mug of delicious Taiwanese tea.
• At 1:50am I sat over the loo for two tinkles not 1:55pm since I wanted to watch the Melbourne Cup! 
• Only the computer livestream wouldn't work?! I asked  Lena to please put on the TV for me and  quickly walked over to the gobbling :P table but there wasn't any reception either! ><
• But luckily, PIG mum pulled the race up from her mobile!
•  Congrats to the eventual Winner, Without A Fight! I didn't pick him to win coz originally I was afraid he'd go down Without A Fight. XDThe most interesting horse name I picked was Sheraz coz I thought 'twas an alcoholic beverage; my pick did very well and actually came third but his name's actually spelt ShIraz. XD
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day I'll head over to the gobbling :P table and read for one hour; hopefully PIG mum'll wake up and gimme some arvo tea~
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 152ND time!
• Rebecca's coming to mind me from 5:30pm since PIG mum's gonna play badminton with her mates; after watching the news we're going out to Ho Lin Wah for dinner together and fingers one of the set meals suits me, coz PIG mum has said she'll leave me the money for the cheapest meal should  neither set meal suit but if  either do, hopefully I'll have enough  to head next door and bye a bubble  tea afterwards!
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up since she's taking me to see Aunty  Anna for some massage and acupuncture; bet she's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly  @ her. XD Usually I'd be okay to stay awake but since  I'm lying facedoown I'll prolly nod off to PIG mum's  incessant droning. XD
• Wonder if we'll buy any groceries afterwards?
• Bree's taking me to table tennis @ 2pm and seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm but I'll not have time  to watch the news  coz I've  gotta eat  dinner before Dr. Lee comes picks me up for our GG social @ 7pm!
• Anyways, hopefully  bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing  day toms!
