A third good evening, only it's way too bright outside to say 'good evening' yet. :P Anyways, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 1579, remembering that like 656 of those steps were plodded attending small group last night. D2's new report: 1579 steps also equals twenty-nine kcal or 630m. XD Righteo, continuing today's events?
-Alas, the parents came over and chucked a COMPLETE COW @ me about my sitting posture! >< Dad lost his temper and flicked off the computer, then both parents gleefully forced me on stupid posture exercises until Annette arrived.
-So a nice warm shower for me - I washed and rinsed my hair today.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mosatly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette helped only with my back, Era and both calves) then mostly rekitted myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO) and my shoelaces. Then I went over to the loo for two tinkles, also softly, slowly but most hatefully singing about 22% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
-Afterwards, Annette Forced me to walk out to the kitchen to make my half an arvo toastie and my yummy mug of rice green tea, the last one for today that I could hold 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Annette sat and massaged Ela for about thirty-five minutes. She lemme choose the colours today, so I chose maroon with gold spots, just to spite her, coz she's a smelly New South Welshwoman. XD PIG mum came downstairs and they yapped for awhile; I didn't listen coz I was too busy enjoying my book.
-Before leaving, Annette took me once more to the loo. She's having some kinda pork mince tonight, and will be back on Tuesday afternoon from 4pm till 6pm.
-Me ... I'm facing a lonely prospect by myself now, coz Aunty A's not coming over for dinner ... oh! Must go find her a birthday card! Fingers crossed I can bbl after dinner tonight, else hope to see everyone @ church toms!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
