Tuesday Post 310

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2670 steps (sweet, I'm over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Who Killed Jesus?' thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Who Advises You?' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Pride And Deception', Anyways, events for today?

• Nature called once last night @ 12:25pm; I used the pot :P again @ 6:35am before immediately falling back asleep because from memory, my dearest dad would get ready to leave for work one hour later!
• Like clockwork, dearest dad very thoughtfully walking silently along the hallway and unpopping the lock into the garage was my wakeup call to use the pot :P again, after which I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* 
• After dearest dad has kissed me goodbye, retucked me back into bed and left for his hard day's work, Uber and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back out and awaiting Hannah's arrival.
• Once Hannah arrives, she knocks, opens the door, says good morning and fifteen more minutes ... When Uber nods @ her she wisely promptly removes herself. XD
• When she comes back, I used the pot :P for a few more tinkles, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Ela enjoys another break from having to hold the toothbrush before I sit over the loo for just one tinkle, coming out when PIG mum demands I eat breakfast first.
• Breakfast is three yummy Weet-Bix with one thin stream of honey, one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread thinly with avocado and sprinkled lightly with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

•  After washing and drying Era, I pop onto the computer and await David's arrival.

• Thankfully, Hannah explained to him why I couldn't walk the treadmill/walk the hallway with him today; physio was inside my room: lying down active asisst shoulder range of motion, 100 reps flexion and 100 reps reaching across to the right; ice and heat therapy for Elf (ten minutes each); sitting on edge of bed and reaching for both hands Era and fifty for Ela).

• Once David left, I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• I had one tinkle before Hannah flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Hannah rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was helping with Elf's AFO straps and one last when I was drying inside both ears with a tissue.

• Back outside, thanks to PIG mum who fed me some rice for lunch, seeing as I'll not get any for dinner tonight.

• When Hannah left @ 2pm (she's back Friday), PIG mum tootled me off to see Dr. Ku, coz while thankfully the ankle hasn't gotten any worse it's not gotten better yet either.

• Dr. Ku sent me to get an x-ray and ultrasound @ the place behind Pinelands! I'm getting the result toms I think?

• Back home I used the loo for one tinkle and popped online.

• Someone new's taking me to Toastmasters tonight; not only is it election night (I hope someone brings supper! XD) but I'm Table Topics master!

• Toms: seeing Ray for some massage and acupuncture @ 11am. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD

• Wonder if she'll lemme grab lunch out anywhere before I get my x-ray and ultrasound report from Top Health Doctors? Not seeing Dr. Ku, though.

• Someone's minding me from 4-6pm; I rang CODA this arvo and asked who; Leanne told me a name but I've forgotten who. XD

• Anyways, prolly won't bbl tonight, so wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
