Saturday Post 456

Goodf afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2325 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic's 'The Sweet Designs Of God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Jesus Wants To Set You Free' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Prayer Cards' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-NINE MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 29TH time!! Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, for the first time in three days, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until PIG mum woke me with her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs @ 6:35am; after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep since I knew she'd get very loud again less than one hour later!
  • Like clockwork, noisy PIG mum a-THUMPING her way upstairs and getting changed for work's my wakeup call to use the pot :P again, after which I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • When PIG mum lets herself into my room @ 7:30am to hit me with the eye goo before dashing off for her half-day's work, I sneer @ her, "Bet you overslept this morning; your noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs didn't wake me until 6:35am!" Mother laughed back, "Yes, how did you know?" Once she's hit me with the eye goo and dashed off for her half-day's work, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

  •  After dearest dad retucks me back into bed, says he'll leave me some leftovers for Nisha to reheat for my lunch and promises to stay quiet letting us all snore in peace, we all happily cuddle and snore, me waking twice more for the pot :P before Nisha arrives to mind me, seemingly four minutes late.

  • After my fifteen more minutes, when we're getting me kitted I ask her was she stuck in traffic? Not really, replies Nisha; there were roadworks happening near where she lives.

  • I headed over to brush teeth, drink one mug of water and sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

  • After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

  • Thanks to dad who made like beef omelette for breakfast and thanks to Nisha who added one slice of cheese for me, even though she simply can't cook the bread crunchy with butter. XD Over breakfast and afterwards, I happily read for thirty minutes, reaching pg. 250 @ 11:13am and FINISHING THE BOOK six minutes later! Luckily the Phillip Pullman novel was just sitting on the next table; I just asked Nisha to please pass me that and also give Ela a massage.

  • While Nisha closed and locked windows I used the loo for one tinkle and climbed into her passenger seat. Nisha tootled us off to Calamvale Central, parking outside and grabbing a trolley for us.

  • Dad only wanted one box of cheap facial tissues today; Nisha also bought her own groceries. Before getting back into her car I chose a tempura vegie sushi roll for arvo tea.

  • Baack home, I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Nisha who rinses out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

  • I had one tinkle before Nisha flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Nisha rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was helping with Erf's sock and one last when I was drying inside both ears with a tissue.

  •  Back outside, Nisha immediately made me another mug of white tea with two sugars and then reheated the rice leftovers that dad left me with added oyster sauce. She can't cook the breakfast toast crunchy but she sure knows how to make leftover rice tasty with exrea oyster sauce! While she's cleaning the bathroom I continue happily reading the Phillip Pullman novel, finishing pg. 175 @ 1:35pm and reaching pg. 200 @ 1:48. Originally dad had told me to use the loo once more @ 1:35pm and have Nisha drive me to church @ 1:40pm but he rang suddenly saying I'll come back and pick Em up.

  • At 1:55pm I use the loo once more for two tinkles. Dad arrives home and signs Nisha off - she's taking her client to see Antman2 tonight!

  • Dad tootles us off to church to play ping pong together. We play three/four rounds together and I also saw Aunty Carly!

  • Dad stopped @ BP to refuel the car along Logan Rd. before driving us home.

  • PIG mum fed me my yummy tempura veggie sushi roll and one cup of warm peppermint tea. I read for another twenty minutes, taking today's total reading time to 1.5 hours. I reached pg. 222 @ 4:20pm!

  • Before plopping online, I visited the loo for one more tinkle.

  • Lookinfg forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 29TH time!

  • Toms: just church, nothing special.

  • Will prolly get home around midday because dad will doubtless order I accompany him to Maccas for a pissy little UnHappy Meal. *sigh*

  • Also bracing for a stressful arvo @ the hands of PIG mum *sigh*

  • But dad had better take us out to CHINESE food for dinner and gimme ONE bowl of rice!

  • Anyways, hopefully bbl else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
