Tuesday Post 454

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3359 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Reviled Here', Rewarded There'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Faithfulness (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Good Shepherd'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Yeah, best awesome sleep for 2023 yet! Nature didn't call until dearest dad very considerately walked silently along the hallway and unpopped the lock into the garage; after one pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • After dearest dad kisses me bye, retucks me back into bed and leaves for his hard day's work, Pijum and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P about one hour later but then happily falling right back asleep since PIG mum told Hannah not to come until 10am today!
  • PIG mum hits me with the eye goo @ 9:45am and  I count down fifteen more minutes; once Hannah arrives I use the pot :p for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to brush teeth and use the loo proper for one tinkle, before washing and drying Era and walking myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
  • Breakfast is one bowl of the yummier (flaky) bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

  •  After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into Hannah's Tank and she tootles me off to Calamvale Central.
  • First up, I hike to the other end of the centre and get a cheap haircut. My hairdresser's from northern China!
  • Next we return to Woolies and buy groceries. Pity Hannah won't get a trolley for us, but hey.
  • Then we hike through the Mega Discount Fruit Market coz PIG mum wants avocados and pears, before sitting outside Woolies and playing with our phones for about thirty minutes.
  • Our last stop's the bakery where I buy my crackling pork salad roll. When Uncle Michael wanders over, I tell him in simple English, "Last Tuesday I come buy bahn mi. Wednesday dad drive mum and me down to Sydney!" Uncle Michael replies, "Waah, long drive!" I then tell him, "Come back home last night. I tell dad: Tuesday I need to see Uncle Michael and buy bahn mi!" Uncle Michael roars with laughter and replies, "Good!" XD
  • Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who rinses my hair out for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • I have one tinkle before I flip the nice warm water off, get dried, get creamed and have another tinkle. When Hannah rekits me, I have one more tinkle when she's helping with Erf's sock and one last when she's giving Wally back to Ela.
  • Back outside, I have my delicious crackling pork salad roll and drink one delicious mug of Taiwanese tea for lunch. Hannah cleans the bathroom and then sits beside me to eat her three sushi rolls for lunch. I sign her off with my thanks and byes @ 2pm; she's back same time next Tuesday.
  • After lunch, I use the loo for one tinkle before plopping online.
  • Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day, I'll head over to the gobbling :P table and start reading my new Phillip Pullman book!
  • Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 22ND time.
  • Toms: 11am appointment to see Ray for some massage and acupuncture. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap incessantly with him. XD
  • Hopefully she'll take me grocery shopping and aisle walking before/afterwards, else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.
  • Some new carer called Rebecca's coming to mind me from 4-6pm ... hope she's nice!
  • Then hopefully I can watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 23RD time!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
