Heylo again! Em's new plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 2834, which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling forty-eight kcal or 1.17km. XD Righteo, continuing today's events?
-When Carol Lockwood arrived promptly @ 4pm, PIG mum let her in, yakked with her for several minutes then ordered me into the bathroom for my nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Carol who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
-I had one tinkle before Carol flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. Carol rekitted me, and I had one more tinkle when Carol was repinning D2 back onto my pants.
-Carol and I held hands and I walked out well to the gobbling :P table well with her. Arvo tea was my leftovers from lunch (*sigh* PIG mum always used to lemme eat one plate; now PIG mum even takes away half from lunch @ Fasta Pasta for arvo tea! ><) but huge thanks to Carol, who lemme enjoy one mug of white tea, sweetened with one spoonful of honey, which was my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'. Carol enjoyed one cup herself also, as she massaged Ela very gently for just over one full hour, painting her dark blue with light blue spots today.
-While she massaged Ela, I read. Immediately dumping that boring baseball book once I finished fifty pages, I happily read the book that Huldah got me for secret santa!
-Before leaving just past 6pm, Carol took me once more to the loo. she's just having leftovers for dinner tonight and will be back on Saurday.
-Dearest dad's just returned home~
-I'm staying up to welcome in the new year tonight! Around 9pm, i'll hike upstairs to my old bedroom and flop there for about 1.5 hours, then i'll come back downstairs around 10:45pm and write my reflections for 2013!
-Toms: Cool, Roxana's taking me out to Garbo toms! :D Anna says she's free for lunch together, and I'll get some KFC for the first time in like three weeks! :D XD
-And coz it's Jan the first toms, I doubt any shops weill be open, meaning I doubt dad will take PIG mum and I out anywhere for dinner tonight. Oh wells~ Anyways, hope everyone enjoys the end to 2013 tonight, is having a smashing week and have a great 2014 ahead!

Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 2600 steps today (which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling sixty-three kcal or 1.08km XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Have Fun In The Ministry' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Expect Great Things From God' but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY MINUTES online after Carol Lockwood leaves @ 6pm!! But just noting down that I had a great sleep last night, wrote out how I celebrated Christmas and Boxing Days this year and went out to see Mrs. Dent and Nana @ the Springwood Fasta Pasta for lunch! Carol Lockwood's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm, and tonight I'm staying up to welcome in 2014!!!! Dunno what's happening toms, only that I get ice cream toms night. XD Anyways, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing start to 2014 toms!!

Heylo again and probably one final greeting for Monday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for monday now stands @ 5983, remembering like 982 of those steps were plodded last night. Ha, D2 reckons i'm half a normal person today, if only by one step. XD His potential final, final report for Monday: 5983 steps also equals eighty-seven kcal or 1.67km. XD Anyways, probable final, final events for Monday?
-When Carol announced her arrival four minutes early, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and welcomed her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm shower for me today - I washed and rinsed my own hair.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Carol helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, Carol helped with only my back and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (Carol helped only with Elf's AFO and laces). Then I went over to the loo for two tinkles, all the while listening to PIG mum yap with Carol (couldn't hear what they were saying, just the hum of their voices).
-Afterwards, I went to wash and dry Era, before I let Carol Force me to walk out to the kitchen to prepare arvo tea, one yummy teriyaki eel and avocado sushi roll (unfortunately without any soya sauce) and one mug of yummy jasmine green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-While I ate, Carol cleaned the bathroom. Then she came back, sat down and watched Ten's Eyewitness News until 5:25pm, where she gently massaged Ela for exactly thirty minutes, painting her turkey beige colour with cranberry red spot colour today.

Monday Post 152
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 5545 steps today (alas, I'm not really half a normal person today coz 982 of those steps were plodded last night; D2 proudly reports that 5545 steps also equals 122kcal or 1.95km XD); secondly, Joni's devotional from last night's 'Turning the Corner to a New Year' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Prepare For Attack (4) but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online after Carol leaves @ 6pm!!! Righteo, events for today?
-Woo hoo, another awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 5:35am, and after one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes till 5:45am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-Happy sleepings with Daddy bear followed, until dearest dad left to attend the Canto service and came to kiss me goodbye. I used the pot :P again then quickly fell back asleep before PIG mum could come poke me with "fifteen more minutes"! XD
-When she came back, I swung myself over to the pot :P for two more tinkles, just swinging myself back into bed when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weetbix with the smallest amount of honey ever. PIG mum also gleefully forced poor Ela to prepare everything for me, but I didn't really mind too much coz I was sitting down and could concentrate. I also popped all my usual drugs :P, drained one full mug of water holding the mug 'incorrectly' and continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me get through today okay, while PIG mum was upstairs changing.
-Before leaving, I went and did a stinky unspeakable. Of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but I also lent against the side rail and finished my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Oh, and my monthlies arrived this morning; guess they can welcome in the new year with me. XD
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the 4WD, where she tootled me off to Chi Link to see Leie shifu for a comfy massage. Ofd course, she gleefullyforced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day, we also listened to Dami Im's self-titled debut album all day, and while she drove, Era helped Ela stretch for ten minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, holding each for a count of five.
-Luckily, there was one disabled car parking spot, meaning I didn't need to ring the receptionist to ask her to please send Lei shifu out to pick me up! XD
-PIG mum took me once to the loo, then I went in for my comfy (if ouchy) massage. Trying out all my (severely limites XD) Mandarin skills, I asked shifu Lei what did he do over Christmas, and he said he took his family out to the beach! Alas, my mandarin skills weren't sufficient to ask him did he visit the Gold or Sunshine Coast. XD
-Afterwards, PIG mum took me again to the loo before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk down to Woka Woka for lunch.
-One good thing about going on Thursdays instead of Mondays is that the lunch special's chicken, not prawn! XD We also shared an iced lemon tea and a small cup of creamy sweetcorn soup.
-After ringing dearest dad, I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk all through Coles to buy ham and wrapping paper before she tootled us home. Again, Era helped Ela stretch for ten minutes and Ela opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-Dearest dad was still home, so after I'd used the loo once more I went and hugged him bye before plopping online.
-Carol's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm.
-Fingers crossed I can bbl, else:

-For some reason, Fiona and Julz arrived about thirty minutes late; when they announced their arrival, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and welcomed them in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-After one more loo trip for me, Julz tootled us off to Just Soy Cafe for shaved ice, only, AGAIN, it wasn't open! ><
-So again, we went back to Home Town. I enjoyed shaved ice; Fiona and Julz just some drink.
-Fi told me that she's doing film directing school right now! And Julz shouted, coz she randomly swore several times. XD
-When Julz tootled me back home, Fi mentioned she was having dinner tonight with several of the girls, and would I like to come? Of course, I said yes, but when Fiona asked PIG mum could I come along, PIG mum refused. :o( Huh, and she jeers that I don't have any social interaction anymore; does she ever stop and realise SHE'S the cause of that?! ><

-Afterwards, PIG mum took me once to the loo then tootled us off to Plaza for lunch.
-Alas, there wasn't any parking availablew upstairs, and PIG mum doesn't even bother to check downstairs for any available parking, meaning she parked outside the cinemas and gleefully FORCED :( me to walk all the way down into foodcourt.

Saturday Post 152b
Heylo again and potentially one final greeting for Saturday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 1532; D2's potential final, final report for Saturday: 1532 steps also equals twenty-three kcal or 580m. XD Righteo, probable final, final events for Saturday?
-When Annette announced her arrival five minutes early today, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm shower for me today - I washed and rinsed my own hair.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette kindly helped with my back, Era and both calves) then mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO). Then I went over to the loo, and after asking Annette please for one mug of water - the first today I could hold 'incorrectly' - I did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning briefly against the side rail and asking Percy the saint/angel please to help me get through today okay.
-Afterwards, I went over to wash and dry Era, before I let Annette Force me to walk out to the kitchen and make my half arvo toastie. On the bright side, I persuaded Annette to lemme drink white tea with one spoonful of honey coz (1) today's the last time I'll see her fr 2013 and (2) I didn't get a cup this morning coz Rhi didn't come! That was my mug for today to hold 'incorrectly', BTW.
-Annette cleaned the bathroom then massaged Ela for about forty minutes today, although I've forgotten which colour she got painted today, sorry.
-Instead of reading after eating, I yakked with Annette, who showed me her mobile phone photos of Samba getting a clipping and her guinea pigs, Runner, Alma and Tooba. She also bought me a present - one of those chopstick holder things!!! I can't wait to use it tonight!!
-Before leaving, Annette took me once more to the loo. I won't see her again till like next next Tuesday and her family's having sausages for dinner tonight.

Saturday Post 152
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding only 924 steps today (which D2 proudly adds also equals twelve kcal or 330m XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Inward Pain' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Prepare AFor Attack (3)' but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed THIRTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after Annette leaves @ 6pm!!! Anyways, let's start off with yesterday's events first!
-Aunty Lucia came and supervised my nice warm shower - I washed my hair today, but thanks to her who dried it out for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
-Dried, creamed and rekitted, I let Aunty Lucia Force me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea, two yummy butter cookies and one warm mug of jasmine green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
--After one more loo trip, dad tootled me off to Pole's house for our small group belated Christmas party!
-When we arrived, Pole got me a chair and I watched the boys play PS3 for awhile, but then I asked Pole please to walk behind me to the table, where I played with my smart phone until we started playing Monopoly Deal/whatever the Monopoly card game's called. I paired with Nat; she was super-smart and won us the first game! Jairom won the second.
-Before dinner, Pole walked behind me once to the loo, where I managed fine by myself.
-Lana and Ray brought back pizzas from Dominoes! The original plan was for Max Chicken; dunno what happened there. Pole rationed me to three slices: one Hawaiian, one meatlovers and one pepperoni.
-After dinner, Nat led us to play two very confusing games. XDA
-Then 'twas time to open our secret Santa! Pole walked behind me to their living room, just as PIG mum rang and said she wanted to come pick me up. Only I asked please not until 9:30pm, coz we haven't even opened our presents yet!
-I got another copy of the Hunger Games DVD and a Jodi Picoult (sp?) novel! :D My secret Santa was Huldah~
-Back @ their dining table, we wrote each other encouraging notes. Dad arrived to pick me up before I'd finished writing mine, but he kindly waited until I'd written everybody a note before driving me home.
-Back home, repeat the usual nightly process, zzz. And *sigh* trust PIG mum to randomly chuck another cow @ me. I understood 'twas just the cruel and unfaithful God trying to ruin what had been a great dad for me, so I just totally ignored Him and sang myself to sleep.
-Today: woohoo, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:25am, and after one pot :P trip I spent the ten minutes till 6:35am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-More happy sleeping with Daddy bear followed, until PIG mum left for work and Finally agreed to turn the air con on for me! She did last night, then randomly came back inside to turn it off again because she didn't feel hot (but I did! ><) and said to try that out for fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I called that I was still hot and could she please turn it back on for me? Alas, no, she refused. ><
-And that made all the difference; after she left, I slept ... and slept ... and nature didn't call again till 11am!! For some reason, I couldn't fall asleep after that, and @ midday, I used the pot :P again; dad also came into my room to tell me that PIG mum'd return home soon.
-Then, amazingly, I fell back asleep again! PIG mum arrived home @ like 1:20pm, got me up and kitted after one final pot trip (just for one tinkle, coz she said she was waiting to get me organised before she could shower, eat and sleep herself, only now she's ordering dearest dad around! XD), gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela) before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Brunch was one small bowl of leftovers plus one full mug of water.
-Afterwards, I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the computer table and I plopped online.
-Annette should come supervise my shower in just under twenty minutes, so fingers crossed I can bbl, else toms:
-Just church, nothing special.
-Fingers crossed I can get some lunch @ Plaza afterwards, and I think Pole and Julz are coming to visit me in the arvo!

Friday Post 174b
Heylo again, good afternoon and probably one final greeting for Friday! Firstly, Em's probable final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2196; D2's probable final, final report: 2196 steps also equals forty-seven kcal or 890m XD and secondly, the probable, final spam count for the week's nineteen. Righteo, probable final, final events for Friday?
~Before Christy jie arrived, I went once more to the loo. PIG mum helpwed with my seatbelt and gave Letty my sunnies.
-Christy jie tootled me off to Home Town to meet Letty for lunch! While she drove, she told me that she rented a flat in Hong Kong super-close to work (within walking distance, and that she works in an acute ward, not a rehab one.
-When we arrived, turns out there was parking available close to the entrance, meaning I didn't need to ring Letty and ask her to come get me first. Thanks to the waitress, who saw that I was disabled and got us the table closest to the entrance. Christy jie ordered in Chinese, while Letty and I both ordered in English. After my food arrived, I realised I needed a fork; I flagged the same waitress down and asked her accidentally in Canto - but she understood! I was very impressed. ^^
-Lunch was just Letty, Christy jie and I! Christy jie and I both hand the crispy skin chickem, but she had hers with ramen while I had mine with rice and Letty got some noodle soup. Actually, I tried drinking a strawberry milk tea with pearl, but 'twas really yucky compared to the chocolate ones!
-Christy jie left early, to meet up with Jacinta and other OT people, but I'll see her @ church on Sunday before she leaves.
-After I'd finished and called PIG mum, Letty walked behind me out to a bench. Just as I sat down, Letty was like, "Ling yee, over here!" Gosh, PIG mum arrived quickly. XD
-Letty's off to Howard's Storage World now, to get some things.
-PIG mum took me once to the loo, then tootled us home (unsurprisingly, she didn't help me with my seatbelt this time), listening to Dami's debut album!
-Aunty Lucia should come to supervise my shower around 4pm~
-When she leaves, I'm off to Pole's for small group and our post-Christmas party!
-Toms: SLEEP-IN!!!! :D PIG mum's working, but Rhi isn't coming, meaning I'm free to snuggle with Daddy bear in bed till she gets home, has a shower, eats lunch and is finally free to help me up! So expect a super-pissy plodding total toms~
-And Carol Lockwood/Annette's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm. Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing weekend!

-I used the pot :P twice last night and once more around 6:05am this morning. Then I spent the ten minutes till 6:15am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-More happy sleeping with Daddy bear followed, until dearest dad came to kiss me goodbye before leaving for work and I used the pot :P once more.
-Again, more sleeping, until the noisy garbage truck awoke me; suddenly, 'twas 10am!
-After fifteen more minutes for me, I used the pot :P once more for one tinkle, just swinging myself back into bed when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table. No, wait: after brushing teeth, I went and did a stinky unspeakable first, also leaning briefly against the side rail and continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay.

-Toms; sleep-in! :D Christy jie isn't coming to pick me up till like 12:45pm!
-We're having lunch with Letty at that place where I had dessert with Leanne, Peggy and Esther today!
-Aunty Lucia will come supervise my shower around 4pm toms arvo.

Good evening! Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 3925, which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling ninety-two kcal or 1.63km. XD Righteo, continuing tonight's events?
-When dinner was called, I went to the loo once first. Of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to do everything myself, but 'twas enough that she walked back with me to the gobbling :P table, meaning I wasn't in any danger of the cruel and unfaithful God pushing me over.
-Dinner tonight was heaps better than last night's fare! The yummy rice, lotsa vegies home-grown by the parents, one calamari ring and, best of all, two slices of delicious BBQ duck that Ronnie jie jie had bought! Thursday Post 174
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 3436 steps today (*which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling eighty-six kcal or 1.43km XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Christmas Anticipation'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Wise Men Still Seek Him (4) but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY MINUTES online after I have a shower!!!! But just noting down today that I had lunch with Peggy, Esther and Leanne @ the sushi place beside Roachdale Cafe, then we went and had dessert (shaved ice for me; mango pudding for Leanne) and drinks (wintermelon green tea for Leanne; peach green tea for Esther) @ the place where I'm meeting Letty for lunch toms! After returning home for a quick loo trip, we hit Garbo for some Boxing Day sales shopping! I got a new book, PIG mum some new work pants and dearest dad this block of chocolate that's one METRE long!!! Tonight, Uncle Slam and Ronnie jie jie are coming over for dinner, then toms, I'm meeting Letty for lunch @ the same place I was with Leanne, Peggy and Esther for dessert and drinks this arvo, before Aunty Lucia comes and supervises my shower around 4pm, after which I'm off to Pole's for dinner, small group and a belated Christmas party! Wednesday Post 174
Good afternoon! Firstly, MERRY CHRISTMAS, everyone! Secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Nothing to Give?'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Wise Men Still Seek Him (3) and fourthly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2117 steps, which D2 proudly states also equals forty-seven kcal or 880m. XD Anyways, events for today?
-Considering the absolute cow PIG mum randomly chucked @ me last night, it really wasn't much surprise that I didn't get an awesome night's sleep. >< Nope, nature called once last night and once again around 6:50am, after which I spent the ten minutes until 7am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied. Actually, before I did that, I called upstairs to PIG mum, "Hey, remember you can't eat anything this morning!" See, she was going to get her blood taken and tested.
-More happy sleepings with Sunnybank followed; idiot Daddy bear had rolled outta bed last night and I couldn't reach him. XD
-After PIG mum poked me with "fifteen more minutes," I used the pot :P once more for @ least three tinkles and she got me kitted. Then PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-lol, I was hoping for some 'special' breakfast, it being Christmas and all, but nope: got my usual two Weetbix with the smallest amount of honey ever. XD
-After I'd finished eating, I penned two Christmas cards; one for Lett's family; the other for Kwany and Mel Mel. Then I read My Brother Jack until dad decided 'twas time for us to leave and I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk to the 4WD. We didn't listen to any music today; also, PIG mum also gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day, of course.
-At church, PIG mum took me downstairs to the loo once, then left me attending the English service.
-lol, I much prefer services in A1: there's no stage for the worship team to mount, and as such, they don't ask people to stand for worship!! But I sung everything, just didn't mean anything.
-Speaker today was a guy called sth like Brian Tran? Just your usual Christmas message.
-Christy jie has returned!!! :D Lol, when Julz saw her, she ran outside and gave Christy jie a great big hug. After service, when I called out, "Hey, Christy jie!" she turned around and shot back, "I'm YOUNGER than you!" XD
-PIG mum took me once to the loo after the Canto Christmas service ended; then I took a seat at the most left table set out for our church luncheon. We were told to please bring our own plates; PIG mum had brought along my Happy Feet bowl/plate for me. After Pastor Chris said grace, I joined the queue to get food, and managed to get myself one whole plate/bowlful! :D
-I sat with some uncle who said that he'd been attending BCAC with his wife for about two years, and that he attends the same Bible study class with my dearest dad!
-Before dad drove us home, I went to the loo once more.
-Back home, I plopped online, PIG mum immediately hit pigland and dearest dad's wandering around the house doing sth.
-Some people are coming over for dinner tonight! Dr. Dr. Tai, definitely, maybe also Michael and Ivy?
-Toms: i'm super-duper excited, coz Leanne, Peggy and Esther are taking me out for lunch somewhere! Fingers crossed the parents can take me to hit what's left of the Boxing Day sales afterwards ... I need a new bookstand!
-Doubt I'll be able to return online tonight, so hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

Good afternoon! Good evening! Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 7351. Hah, D2 reckons i'm more than half a normal person today; his new report; 7351 steps also equals 163kcal or3.07km. XD Anyways, continuing tonight's events?
-PIG mum booted me offline to: 91) gleefully force all four limbs on 20+ minutes of stupid ball exercises for her; (2) gleefully FORCE :( me to plod four laps side walking for her; 93) gleefully force poor Ela and Era on I've forgotten goodness knows how long of stupid exercises for her; (4) gleefully force poor Elf to endure a painful fifteen minute standing calf stretch and (5) gleefully FORCE :( me to plod fifteen minutes on the bloody treadmill for her.
-After one quick loo trip and change of tee, dinner was the yummy rice, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown vegies, and some yummy tomato mince and egg. Dinner was washed down with one mug of water (although PIG mum added several drops of juice), which I was very careful to hold 'correctly' for her, before I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk back to the computer.
-Anyways, nature's calling now, so fingers crossed I can bbl with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for today plus what's happening toms, else hope everyone has a smashing Christmas Eve!

-I used the pot :P once last night and once around 6am this morning, before spending the ten minutes until 6:10am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied. -When she came back after giving me fifteen more minutes, I swung myself over to the pot :P for one/two more tinkle/s, but felt like doing a stinky unspeakable and just returned to bed. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weetbix with the smallest amount of honey ever, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. I also continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-Before leaving, I went and did my stinky unspeakable. Of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to dak myself, but I also leaned fully against the side rail and finished my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FGORCED :( me to walk to the 4WD. Of course, she gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to Westlife's Love album all day, too. While PIG mum drove, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, then Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, because there wasn't any parking available! In the end, I rang the receptionist and asked her please to send out Lei shifu to come collect me.
-So a nice comfy massage for me - I practised my very limited Mandarin skills with lei shifu. At the end, when I gave him his Christmas card, he said I had very neat writing~
-Afterwards, PIG mum and I headed downstairs to Woka Woka for lunch, where we shared the set meal, crispy skin chicken with rice. It came with an iced lemon tea and a creamed corn soup!
-Then I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk all through Coles buying groceries, before I bought a beef sukiyaki (beef with soya/teriyaki sauce) for arvo tea.

-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FGORCED :( me to walk to the 4WD. Of course, she gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to Westlife's Love album all day, too. While PIG mum drove, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, then Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, because there wasn't any parking available! In the end, I rang the receptionist and asked her please to send out Lei shifu to come collect me.
-So a nice comfy massage for me - I practised my very limited Mandarin skills with lei shifu. At the end, when I gave him his Christmas card, he said I had very neat writing~
-Afterwards, PIG mum and I headed downstairs to Woka Woka for lunch, where we shared the set meal, crispy skin chicken with rice. It came with an iced lemon tea and a creamed corn soup!
-Then I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk all through Coles buying groceries, before I bought a beef sukiyaki (beef with soya/teriyaki sauce) for arvo tea.

Good evening, and definitely one final greeting for Sunday! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 5229 (remembering that like 691 of those steps were done last night; alas, i'm not really quite half a normal person today!) D2's final, final report for Sunday: 5229 steps also equals sth very slightly over eighty-seven kcal or sth very slightly over 2.26km. XD and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "The Shepherd's Psalm". Anyways, final, final events for tonight?
-When PIG mum booted me offline, 'twas to gleefully force poor Ela on 30+ minutes of stupid exercises for poor Ela, before gleefully forcing poor Elf to endure a painful standing calf stretch for about fifteen minutes.
-one more loo trip for me before dinner. Of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to do everything myself, but 'twas enough that she walked behind me back to the gobbling :p table, thus keeping me safe from the cruel and unfaithful God trying to push me over.
-Dinner tonight: the yummy rice, lotsa mostly dearest dad's home-grown vegetables and some fish. oh, and a few morsels of yummy tomato mince and egg.
-Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of pork and hairy melon soup, then I wrote out two Christmas cards before I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk back to the gobbling :P table.
-Only Michael had sent me some editing work; on his BIRTHDAY! Woah, hard working guy. XD
-After I'd completed that, I took myself once slowly and safely to the loo and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-Toms: late morning massage with Lei shifu @ Chi Link. Fingers crossed I can get some lunch @ Woka Woka afterwards!
-Carol's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm, so also fingers crossed that I can bring back a sushi roll for arvo tea!

Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 4884, remembering that like 691 of those steps were done last night @ the Cheung's place (D2's potential final, final report for Sunday: 4884 steps also equals sth very slightly over 134kcal or sth very slightly over 2.02km. XD but secondly, there's been no more spam since Sunday post 151 nor have I received Joni's devotion yet, so potential final, final events for Sunday?

Sunday Post 151b
HReylo again! Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 4642, remembering that like 691 of those steps were done last night @ the Cheung's place. D2's new report: 4642 steps also equals 129kcal or 1.93km. XD Righteo, events for today?
-Woohoo, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until likew 6:20am, and after one pot :P trip I spent the ten minutes until 6:30am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-Afterwards, Daddy bear and I cuddled and snored, me waking briefly to kiss dearest dad goodbye and use the pot :P once more when he left for church around 8:30am.
-Happiness was falling back asleep before PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen minutes"!
-When she came back, I used the pot :P once more for three tinkles and PIG mum got me kitted. Then she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table. Actually, she also chucked some cow @ me over sth, but I understood that God was just trying to spoil my day before it'd already begun, so I just rose above his hatred, kept a good attitude and shut Him out.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weetbix with the smallest amount of honey ever, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water, which I drained holding 'incorrectly' when both parents were upstairs changing because I wasn't sure i'd hold another mug today. I also continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the car and tootled me off to church. of course, she gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day, but I spent the short car trip with both eyes closed and finishing off my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-At church, PIG mum took me once to the loo then left me attending the English service and went downstairs to join the Mandarin service.
-Phew, I stayed seated for worship again today. :o) I sang everything, plus the harmony for two/three songs, but just meant absolutely nothing.
-After holy communion, speaker today was Pastor Chris, on the topic of sth like 'The Good and the Bad'.
-When service was over, PIG mum took me again to the loo then tootled us off to Plaza for lunch.
-Sultan's Kebabs has returned! But Naz wasn't there. >< When I asked the server behind the counter where he'd gone, the guy replied he'd either return toms/the Monday after.
-Instead, PIG mum and I shared that dual combo set, the eel with rice and the pork cutlet with udon. I drank a cold milk tea; PIG mum sth like lemon ribena.
-Afterwards, PIG mum tootled us home. I went once to the loo (of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to do everything myself) then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-Leanne and Bee arrived to take me out to visit baby Isabella again! After one more loo trip for me, Bee tootled us off to their house (in Salisbury somewhere).
-After apologising to Dora that I coulsn't take my shoes off, Leanne followed me into their house and I sat down.
-jono poured us all blackcurrant juice (unsweetened, not Ribena), and we snacked on dried apricot bites, chips and mini gummi bears.
-Dora related to us her labour story again, and jono put some Christian music on. Baby isabella was sleeping in her bassinet.
-Before we left, we all posed for photos again. jono says he's working @ the Mater hospital right now (plastics) but that next year, he'll move to some general practice in somewhere like Darra.
-I visited the bathroom once before Bee tootled us to Calamvale Central to finish my Christmas shopping! luckily, we got the spot closest to the entrance.
-Leanne stayed behind me, while Bee led the way.
-I grabbed a cool green waterbottle for Nat, then bought a mug for Aunty A, dogs wearing glasses! XD
-Afterwards, Bee tootled us home; I said my thanks and byes. Bee will have dinner @ some Vietnamese place on Logan Rd tonight; Leanne's having a birthday dinner @ home!
-Toms: think PIG mum's booked me into see shifu Lei for a massage toms morning. Fingers crossed we can get some yummy lunch @ Woka Woka afterwards.

Saturday Post 151
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 1428 steps today (remembering that like 556 of those steps were done last night @ Pole's for small group; D2 proudly reports that 1428 steps also equals twenty-four kcal or 570m XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'An Impossibility' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Sparrows (5). Righteo, let's start with last night's events first!
-After the usual dinner and a loo trip, PIG mum tootled me off to Pole's for small group.
-Last night, we started a new series and also sang happy birthday to jairom - Lana had baked a cake! I got a wee slice before dad tootled me home; Pole couldn't coz she'd had several busy working days over the past week and was buggered.
-Before leaving, we all posed for a group photo. I stood up and took off my bag to prevent PIG mum from dissing me that I stayed seated and had the bag around my neck.
-Back home, repeat the usual nightly events (poor Ela) then zzz~ Funnt thing: D2 went beserk and said I'd already plodded like 1300 steps! impossible; I didn't ask PIG mum to note that down for me.
-Today: I used the pot :P once last night and once again this morning around 6:20am. -At midday, she took me once to the loo for three tinkles and made me one mug of warm milo (sweetened with one spoonful of honey because she couldn't find the sugar), my third for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-I tried ringing Aunty Lai first but couldn't find her, so tried Aunty Nga instead. Little Mickey pig answered, told me he had noodles for breakfast, then randomly gave the phone to Aunty Nga.
-Afterwards, Annette sat and we just chatted until dad rang and said he'd get home late, so could Annette please gimme lunch first.
-So after one more loo trip, I signed Annette off, said my thanks and byes. Don't think i'm seeing her again till New Year's Eve.
-With the television cranked up loud to some vet zoo show, I munched through some yummy soya sauce chicken with egg in rice until PIG mum came home and I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk online.

Friday Post 173b
Heylo again, and probably one final greeting for Friday! Firstly, Em's probable final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3496 9D2's probable final, final report for Friday: 3496 steps also equals seventy-four kcal or 1.45km XD) and secondly, the new spam count for the weekend's thirty-four. Righteo, probable final, final events for Friday?
-Phew, PIG mum was around when Aunty Lucia announced her arrival and let her in.
-So a nice warm shower for me today - I washed my own hair, but thanks to Aunty Lucia who rinsed it out for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye firmly closed.
-I had one tinkle before I switched the nice warm water off, got dried, got aloe veraed (don't think that's a word, but hey. XD) and had another tinkle. Then Aunty Lucia kept yakking and I had another tinkle. Her family's catholic, and they'll attend church the day before Christmas for what's known as 'silent night'. After getting very lightly creamed, Aunty Lucia rekitted me. I had one more tinkle when she was doing Erf's shoe and one last when she was washing my glasses for me.
-Aunty Lucia Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea,my lunch leftovers and one mug of yummy rice green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-Before leaving, I went once more to the loo.
-Only after I'd signed her off, PIG mum dragged Aunty Lucia outside to view her vegie patch, meaning Aunty Lucia didn't leave till like 5:22pm! XD
-Fi So rang earlier and says she'll drop by and visit!

Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 3036 steps today (which D2 very proudly reports as also equaling sixty-five kcal or 1.26km XD); secondly, TWFT topic's 'Sparrows (4)' and thirdly, the spam count for the week's thirty-three but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed FORTY MINUTES online after Aunty Lucia leaves this afternoon!!!! Anyways, events for today?
~Fantastic, another awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:25am, and after one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes until 6:35am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-Afterwards, Daddy bear and I cuddled and returned to sleep, until dearest dad left for work and kissed me goodbye. I also used the pot :P once again.
-More happy snorings with Daddy bear followed, plus @ least one more pot :P trip, before PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."
-When she came back, I swung myself over to the pot :P for two more tinkles. Usually, I stay for three, but PIG mum too impatient to get her chance to gleefully force poor Ela to hold onto the toothbrush and cup and so ordered me back into bed when I'd only done two tinkles.
--PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weet-bix with literally the smallest amount of honey ever (less than the size of one five cent coin and 1mm thick), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water, which I drained holding 'incorrectly' when PIG mum was upstairs changing. I also continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay.
-Before leaving, I went and did a stinky unspeakable. Of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but I also leaned fully against the side rail and finished off my chat to Percy the saint/angel.

While PIG mum drove, Era helped Ela stretch for ten minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-After letting PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk into the medical centre, she kindly passed me one Woman's Day gossip mag from August this year to browse before Dr. Lin called me in.
-Lol, I have FINALLY, HONESTLY finished all appointments for the year! Acupuncture's done~ Actually, will PIG mum book me in for more pincushion practice after Christmas but before New Year? I hope not!
-Afterwards, PIG mum tootled me off to Dong Fong/Sunnybank Oriental for lunch, though not without first threatening that she wouldn't because I was sounding too emotional? I immediately stilled my voice, totally refusing the cruel and unfaithful God another chance to ruin my day.
-Today, I had the 'A' meal - chicken drumstick with rice and a cold milk tea- while PIG mum had the 'B' meal - fried spaghetti with beef in black pepper sauce, also with a cold milk tea. We also bumped into Aunty Peggy and Uncle Henry; I congratulated her on becoming a grandma again, baby Jasper was born about one month ago!
-When PIG mum tootled us home, Era again helped Ela stretch for ten minutes, before she opened and closed her palm @ least fifty times, holding each for a count of five.

-Before dad took us out, I visited the toilet once more.
-*sigh* I'm slightly disappointed: we've only been out to dinner three times this year (just the three of us); twice was @ the Garbo food court and once was @ the IKEA restaurant. my only point being, the IKEA restaurant more resembles a tuckshop, not a restaurant! Guess I'll just have to notch this year down as one where we three never got to eat out @ a proper restaurant for dinner @ night ... :o(
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk through Woolies to buy random groceries for her. Dunno why she couldn't have told me to buy them for her this morning ... ><- br="">-It also didn't help that both parents chucked a constant cow @ me, throughout the whole night! On my part, I tried to keep a good attitude and refused to let the cruel and unfaithful God try to destroy another day for me.
-Before leaving, I politely asked PIG mum please could she take me once to the loo; she replied no. I know she did that because she gets such a kick out of gleefully forcing me to do everything myself. *sigh*

-After that, 'twas time to visit JayJays! I found this really cute tank top that Roxana took a photo for me of! Alas, the minion tee has gone ... :o(
-Then, Roxana shouted me a single cone because she'd come late! Lol, 'twas so delicious, I've forgotten what flavour I had. XD
-After that, we went and browsed around the Japan store; thanks to PIG mum who'd given me directions this morning.
-Then 'twas time to meet Anna for lunch! We exchanged XMas presents first (Anna got me a twenty dollar gift card from JayJays! Oh, if only that minion tee hadn't gone already ... but Anna says I should be able to find it @ their online store!, then all ordered KFC! Anna and I both enjoyed the Sweet sesame box 9it comes with real sesame seeds!), although I was cranky coz there krusher machine had died. >< I just drank orange juice, while Roxana had a wicked wings snackbox.
-Anna liked her photo frame; in fact, she requested we take a photo together so she could frame it! I got out of Sparkless2, of course, but PIG mum later read me the riot act for having my bag around my neck. ><"

-We shared my yummy sausage bun for arvo tea; I also drank one mug of jasmine green tea holding the mug 'incorrectly' while PIG mum was fielding a phone call.
-Turns out the caller was Amee, which gave PIG mum an excuse to read the riot act @ me about asking the carer to keep the shower head over my back when I wash, thus preventing me from freezing. *sigh*

Wednesday Post 173b
Heylo again, and potentially one final greeting for Wednesday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 4896 (sorry, looks like I won't quite make half a normal person today XD), which D2 proudly reports as also equaling 107kcal or2.04km. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for Thursday?
-Luckily, when Carol announced her arrival @ 3:56pm, PIG mum was around folding some clothes and let Carol in.
-At 4pm, I went for my nice warm shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-i had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Carol helped with only my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, Carol helped with only my back and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (Carol helped with only Elf's AFO). Then I went over to the loo for two tinkles, before I let Carol Force me to walk out to the kitchen to prepare my arvo tea.
-So I made myself half a toastie and drank one yummy mug of peppermint tea holding the cup 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Carol massaged Ela for exactly thirty minutes, painting her strawberry milkshake pink with chocolate Flake brown dots today.
-Before leaving @ 6pm, Carol went with me once more to the loo for two tinkles. She's just having leftovers for lunch and will be back come monday.
-Toms: Roxana's taking me out to Garbo! :D Anna's already said she's free for lunch together~ Third time lucky that PIG mum'll lemme skip my ice cream tonight and have a single cone with Roxana toms @ Garbo!
-And toms night will be my last chance this year to try persuade dad to take PIG mum and I out to dinner together @ night ... coz next Thursday's boxing Day, and then one after's 2014!

Wednesday Post 173
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 4372 steps today (which D2 proudly reports also equals ninety-seven kcal or 1.82km XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Sparrows (2)' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm still owed FORTY-FIVE MINUTES online after Carol leaves @ 6pm!!! Anyways, events for today?
-Huh, I was supposed to have another awesome sleep last night, what with PIG mum and I watching Youtube videos until 10pm, but no: THUMP! PIG mum thunders/STOMPS to the bathroom around 1:30pm and awakes me, thus prompting one pot :P trip. >< 8sigh*
-Nature called again around 6:05am, and after another pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes until 6:15am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-When dearest dad left for work, I used the pot :P once more then happily fell back asleep with Daddy bear until PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."
-When she came back, I swung myself over to the pot :P for one more tinkle, just swinging myself back to bed when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table, where she chucked some random cow @ me and gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the bench to grab a pen to write Cass and Kim a Christmas card. Still, I kept a good attitude and didn't let the cruel and unfaithful God destroy what had the potential to be an awesome day for me.
-Anyways, when PIG mum tootled us off to the Underwood Coffee Club to meet Kim and Cass, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm @ least fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-'Twas awesome to see Kim and Cass! As expected, PIG mum almost immediately launched into a long and detailed rendition of her gastritus. XD
-Again, PIG mum gleefully restricted me to sharing half a meal with her, but amazingly, lemme share the Coffee Club big breakfast with her! She had my tomatoes and mushrooms (but gave several mushrooms back, saying they're good for me) then we shared toast, sausages, eggs, ham and toast. I thought PIG mum said I could finally enjoy a thickshake, but 'twas only a milkshake! When I asked PIG mum about it, Kim quickly said, "Oh, they ran outta ice cream. That's kinda hard to believe, but sure ..."
-We just all yakked 9well, our mums did. XD) Cass also showed us a photo of her niece, Summer, who's just turned one; she's adorable!
-Hey, Carol should arrive soon, so fingers crossed I can bbl, else Aunty Mecky came to mind me for the last time ever while PIG mum went out shopping. Toms, Roxana's taking me out to Garbo and I'm meeting Anna for lunch! :D Righteo, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone's having a smashing week!

-When the parents called dinner, I took myself once slowly and safely to the loo and back first, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-Dinner tonight: the yummy rice, lotsa 'si gua' (I've already asked on Facebook what it's called in Canto XD), lotsa beans, one large chunk of salmon and several small slices of beef.
-Dinner was spooned down with one bowlful of soup before I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me walk back online.
-Toms: we're meeting Kim and Cass for breakfast @ the Warrigal Square Maccas! :D
-Torture session with Vincent the bloody physio afterwards. But I take heart, because it's the last one for 2013! :D
-Aunty mecky will come mind me from 11:30am till 2:30pm. Must remember to write her a thank-you card (not Christmas coz she's a Jehovah's Witness), coz she's not coming back next year.

-Yay, after thoroughly enjoying Chicago Fire last night, I had another great sleep! Nature didn't call until 6:25am, and after one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes until 6:35am having a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-Afterwards, Daddy bear and I cuddled and snored, me waking briefly to kiss dearest dad goodbye, wish him a good day @ work and use the pot :P once more when he left for work around 7:45am.
-More happy sleepings for Daddy bear and I follow, plus two more pot :P trips, before PIG mum comes and pokes me with "fifteen more minutes." When she comes back, I swing myself over to the pot :P for two tinkles, just swinging myself back into bed when I realise I feel like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum gets me kitted, gleefully FORCES :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCES :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weetbix with a very thin (like, 1mm!) splotch of honey the size of a fice cent piece, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water, which I drain holding 'incorrectly' while PIG mum's upstairs changing. I also continue my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me get through today okay.
-Before leaving, I go and do my stinky unspeakable. Of course, PIG mum gleefully forces me to dak myself, but I also lean fully against the side rail and finish my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCES :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCES :( me to walk to the 4WD.
-We listen to the radio all day (97.3FM) and, of course, PIG mum gleefully forces poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day. While she drove, Era helped Ela stretch for ten minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-Physio today: SAT FIRST GO, THEN STOOD FOR MOST Of the session and practised holding a ball between both hands and walking three steps forward with arms bent. Ela to pointlessly open and close door to finish.
-Afterwards, PIG mum tootled me to Calamvale Chinese and BBQ restaurant for lunch,only 'twas closed! There was a sign hanging from their door; PIG mum read it, came back and said they'd rushed back to Hong Kong. Hope their family's okay ...
-Instead, we went back to Warrigal Square and tried lunch @ that Vietnamese restaurant! PIG mum had noodles; I had some delicious crispy skin Maryland chicken with tomato rice. Unsurprisingly, PIG mum wouldn't lemme enjoy the whole thing; nope, she doggybagged some for my arvo tea.
-Then 'twas back home to get changed before PIG mum took me out to see Jane from Epic.
-Jane lemme slip Era around her arm, meaning I managed to walk well all afternoon.
-Dirst, we ducked into Epic's next door office to say hello to some lady. Not sure why, but hey.
-Then Jane took me to visit the bowling @ Logan Rd. Maybe it's called Strike Bowling? I lent against the counter while Jane talked to the staff lady, who passed some numbers for Jane to contact.
-After that, Jane tootled us off to Garbo, where she parked @ the very end of the mall. I walked with her all the way to the concierge desk, where Jane again asked the person in charge about some work for me. Again, she was given some contact details.
-But, instead of leaving right afterwards, we went into the Book Cafe for drinks! Jane got herself an iced coffee and kindly shouted me a kid's chocolate milkshake.
-Only then she tried to MURDER me!! o_O Jane came back with two slices sitting atop a small plate. "Here, I got you one too," she said, popping one into her mouth. "Any nuts in these?" I asked first. "I've got a nut allergy." Luckily I asked! That was a MACADAMIA NUT slice that Jane had unintentionally tried to kill me with! XD
-Instead, Jane saved the other slice for Fiona, who we met when leaving Garden City. Coincidentally, the two Epic cars were parked beside one another!
-Jane tootled me home, and I plopped briefly online before Annette let herself in, one minute late. Well, she knocked first, but then she tried the screen door, found 'twas unlocked and let herself in.
-So a nice hot shower for me today - I washed and rinsed my own hair.

-Instead, we went back to Warrigal Square and tried lunch @ that Vietnamese restaurant! PIG mum had noodles; I had some delicious crispy skin Maryland chicken with tomato rice. Unsurprisingly, PIG mum wouldn't lemme enjoy the whole thing; nope, she doggybagged some for my arvo tea.
-Then 'twas back home to get changed before PIG mum took me out to see Jane from Epic.
-Jane lemme slip Era around her arm, meaning I managed to walk well all afternoon.
-Dirst, we ducked into Epic's next door office to say hello to some lady. Not sure why, but hey.
-Then Jane took me to visit the bowling @ Logan Rd. Maybe it's called Strike Bowling? I lent against the counter while Jane talked to the staff lady, who passed some numbers for Jane to contact.
-After that, Jane tootled us off to Garbo, where she parked @ the very end of the mall. I walked with her all the way to the concierge desk, where Jane again asked the person in charge about some work for me. Again, she was given some contact details.
-But, instead of leaving right afterwards, we went into the Book Cafe for drinks! Jane got herself an iced coffee and kindly shouted me a kid's chocolate milkshake.
-Only then she tried to MURDER me!! o_O Jane came back with two slices sitting atop a small plate. "Here, I got you one too," she said, popping one into her mouth. "Any nuts in these?" I asked first. "I've got a nut allergy." Luckily I asked! That was a MACADAMIA NUT slice that Jane had unintentionally tried to kill me with! XD
-Instead, Jane saved the other slice for Fiona, who we met when leaving Garden City. Coincidentally, the two Epic cars were parked beside one another!
-Jane tootled me home, and I plopped briefly online before Annette let herself in, one minute late. Well, she knocked first, but then she tried the screen door, found 'twas unlocked and let herself in.
-So a nice hot shower for me today - I washed and rinsed my own hair.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Ea), mostly creamed myself (Annette kindly helped with my back, Era and both calves) then mostly rekitted myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO). Then I walked over to the loo for two tinkles before I let Annette Force me to walk out to the kitchen to prepare my arvo tea.
-So I enjoyed the second half of the crispy skin chicken with tomato rice, plus one mug of yummy mint tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-After Annette cleaned the bathroom, she massaged Ela for about thirty-five minutes, painting her sth like dark blue with red spots today.
-Before leaving, Annette took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. Don't think she's back until like Christmas Eve ...
-Dearest dad's just come home~ :o)
-Toms: mid-morning torture session with Vincent the bloody physio. >< I tell myself if I can survive that, I will be DONE with physio for another year!!!!! :D
-Aunty Mecky's coming to mind me from 11:30am till 2:30pm; think that's the last time she's coming ...
-Carol's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm.
-Will try for third time lucky: PIG mum wouldn't lemme postpone my ice cream till Thursday morning to have @ Garbo for the past two outings, but will try again. Takes perseverance.
-Hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

tUESDAY pOST 150
gOOD AFTERNOON! fIRSTLY, eM'S BEEN HARD @ WORK PLODDING 9144 - sorry, shrieking! >< steps today (wqhich D2 proudly reports as also equaling 216kcal or 3.75km XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Sparrows (1) but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-SIX MINUTES online after Annette leaves @ 6pm!!! But just noting down that I saw Vincent the bloody p[hysio for a torture session today, had lunch @ Warrigal Square somewhere then Jane took me out job hunting! Annette will come supervise my shower soon, then toms i've got one more torture session with Vincent the physio, before Aunty Mecky comes to mind me for three hours. Then it's Carol back to supervise my shower @ 4pm. Righteo, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

monday Post 150b
Heylo again! Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 5501. Awesome, D2 reckons I'm more than half a normal person today. XD His new report: 5501 steps also equals 127kcal or 2.22km. XD Righteo, continuing today's events?
-When Carol announced her arrival @ 3:56pm (she'll likely arrive slightly before 4pm now, because the school kids are on Christmas holidays now) PIG mum was thankfully around and so let her in.
-So I stayed online until 4pm then went for my nice hot shower - I washed my hair today, but thanks to Carol who rinsed it out for me, thus freeing Era to keep my stupid right eye from getting wet.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (Carol helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, Carol helped with only my back and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (Carol helped only with Elf's AFO). Then I headed over to the loo for two tinkles, before I let Carol Force me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea.
-So I enjoyed one yummy sausage bun and drank one warm mug of rice green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-Carol cleaned the bathroom then massaged Ela for about thirty-five minutes, painting her Cadbury Roses chocolate brown with multi-coloured wrapper colour dots.
-Before leaving @ 6pm, Carol took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. She's back on Wednesday and will have some frozen meal for dinner tonight.
-Dad's gone out to Haoke 9or some restaurant like that), to celebrate Uncle Tyrone's sixtieth birthday!
-me, I'm just looking forward to watching Chicago Fire tonight from 8:30pm!
-Toms: seeing that PIG mum's nearly all better now, I'll prolly haveta endure a torture session with Vincent the bloody physio toms. ><
-Fingers crossed I can get some yummy lunch from the Calamvale Chinese and BBQ restaurant afterwards!
-Think I'm seeing Jane from Epic for some appointment toms; 'twas meant to happen today, but she suddenly canceled really late, like when we were having lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Dent!

Monday Post 150
Good aftermoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 4930 steps today (which D2 proudly reports also equals 115kcal or 1.98km XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Walking in Your God-given Identity' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-SIX MINUTES online after Carol leaves @ 6pm!!! But just noting down that I had a great sleep last night (nature didn't call until 6:20am), saw Dr. Vu for my eye followup and saw the Australian godparents for lunch @ Sunni Cafe. Carol will come supervise my shower @ 4pm, then toms I've prolly got a bloody torture session with Vincent the bloody physio. >< In the arvo, Jane from Epic will take me somewhere, then it's Annette coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm. Oh, almost forgot! Wanna watch Chicago Fire tonight! Anyways, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

Good evening, and probably one final greeting for Sunday! Firstly, Em's probable final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 7307. nice, I'm not often over seven grand! D2's probable final, final report for Sunday: 7307 steps also equals sth slightly over 144kcal or sth slightly over 3.05km. XD Another awesome; i'm not often over 3km either! Also, Joni's devotional topic's 'let Go Of Christmas'. Righteo, probable final, final events for tonight?
-Alas, PIG mum demanded I shower, poor Ela. Hairwash today, I only got to scrub each part five times and PIG mum gleefully forced poor Ela to scrub various body parts. I dried and rekitted myself; PIG mum helped only with Elf's AFO. Then, after one quick loo trip, I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk back outside to the computer.

Sunday Post 150b
Heylo again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ sth slightly over 6946 (ha, D2 reckons i'm more than half a normal person today; his new report: 6946 steps also equals sth slightly over 141kcal or sth slightly over 2.9km XD). Righteo, continuing today's events?
-When janice and julz arrived to take me Christmas shopping, I went to the loo once first. Thanks to PIG mum who helped me buckle my seatbelt; I used to think she did that just so she could look good to whoever was driving, but she explained that she was just letting me get outside faster.
-We hit Garbo! With janice pushing Sparkless and julz walking behind me, with one hand touching my back, I went to JB Hifi first and bought PIG mum two presents (one for her birthday, the other for Christmas) and dearest dad one Christmas present.
-Back in Sparkless2, next stop was the Reject Shop, where I bought PIG mum a 'just because' present then bought gift bags to place them in. We also bumped into Mel and Kwany! They were out buying Christmas decorations.
-Next we browsed jayJays, and I showed them the minion tee I was after. Janice measured me, saying that the small size was enough for me.
-Last stop, Hungry Jacks! I enjoyed a penny pincher chocolate sundae, Janice had a frozen coke with three nuggets and Julz had a frozen pink Fanta also with three nuggets. Janice took a photo of us with our afternoon tea, and told me to immediately upload the phot onto Facebook so she could like it. XD Also, she says that Toca's a complete wuss! XD
-Janice tootled me back home. Julz banged on the door, but there wasn't any reply. next, I tried ringing PIG mum's mobile; still no reply. Finally, I tried the pgone - and dearest dad answered!
-He lemme in, I said my thanks and byes to Janice and Julz then went once to the loo before walking myself slowly and safely to the loo and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-I can hear dad clipping his nails; as for PIG mum, presumably she'a zonked out in pigland, coz I can't hear here @ all. XD
-Toms: mid/late-morning followup appoint to see Dr. Vu about my eye. Hey, I'd better brush up on my drug knowledge and ask him which sedative he knocked me out with! XD
-Fingers crossed I can have lunch somewhere yummy then bring back some for arvo tea with Carol, who's coming to supervise my shower.
-And Chicago Fire will hopefully be airing toms night!
