Wednesday Post 296c

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em’s final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1795 but secondly and way more importantly, I’m really still owed TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES online after I let PIG mum gleefully boot me off to bed @ 9:45pm!! *sigh* But just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• Annie came and drove me to the NAB. Physio today: lotsa wrist extensions, lifting and holding Ela, holding and raising cup, Era forking banana. Grr, Ethan’s shiny hundred dollar bill’s still proving elusive … *sigh*
• Came home, turned off the alarm and took a nice hot shower – hairwash today. Also thanks to Annie who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. Why I like Annie supervising my showers: she keeps the showerhead over my back and keeps me warm!
• Arvo tea was one yummy nashi and one mug of green tea.
• Oh, my personal highlight of today: I passed more levels of Candy Crush! Not that it’s anything to get excited about: I’ve only reached level 167. XD
• Kim took me out to the city! Aunty Lisa kept bugging PIG mum to make me join this One Voice choir; me, while I can sing in tune but don’t have a spectacular voice was like meh. Anyhow, I said I wasn’t joining unless I could stay seated, and PIG mum lemme being my manual wheelchair! Not only that, I recognised the first round we sang as one Mr. Mead taught in high school music! It didn’t have a name, but the first line was ‘lah, ti, doh, re’ but the conductor just taught everyone to sing lah lah lah lah! I’m a slow learner and asked the conductor was there any sheet music to read off from; she lent me her whole score book!
• Supper was one chicken slice with tomato and lettuce sandwich; soft, fluffy white bread! Also, parking was only five bucks!
• Had dinner with the parents: rice tonight, lotsa little tong vegetable, lotsa ong choi, some fish and one delicious slice of BBQ chook, which I saved for last, of course.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup after which I took my bowl over to the sink and walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• It’s ice cream night tonight, yay! Like I always say, a very little’s better than none @ all!
• Toms looks even better: Kim’s taking me out for my fortnightly shopping trip! Pity that Pastor Grace isn’t free for lunch together toms, but hey~
• The NRL finals don’t begin till Friday, so fingers crossed dearest dad will take PIG mum and I out for dinner together toms night!
