Tuesday Post 447

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2349 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Christmas Is Free For Freedom'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Let God Settle It' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'No Cursing'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Woo hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:10am, when dearest dad silently and very thoughtfully walked along the hallway and pulled the bathroom door shut; after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Usually nature calls hourly after that first morning pot :P trip, but happiness was snoring soundly with Pearl until dearest dad again very thoughtfully walked silently along the hallway and unpopped the lock into the bathroom before waking again to relieve myself.
  • After dearest dad kisses me bye, pretends to suck Pearl's six pearls, laughs when Pearl bodyslams him for it, retucks me back into bed and leaves for his hard day's work, Pearl and I snore so happily together that PIG mum's daily a-THUMPING around doesn't awake me; indeed, I don't awake until she lets herself into my room and hits me with the eye goo!
  • When PIG mum lets Hannah in, Hannah knocks, pushes open the door, says good morning Emily and fifteen more minutes ... Pearl nods @ her and she wisely removes herself, even though Pearl's not anatomically capable of giving the Bear Bum. XD
  • When Hannah comes back, I use the pot :P for three more tinkles, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
  • Breakfast is three yummy Weet-Bix with a wee drizzle of honey, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

  •  After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After climbing into Hannah's tank and buckling my own seatbelt, she tootles me off to Breathe for my last therapy session for 2022!
  • Physio today: 1.584km bike ride, leg pulls (thirty per leg), rowing (46 per hand), bicep curls (36 per hand), shoulder press (36 per hand), deadlift(36) and boxing! I made sure to give them the card and chocolates upon arrival lest I forget. XD
  • Afterwards, Hannah tootled us off to Calamvale Central, finding a park around halfway.
  • PIG mum hadn't said to buy any groceries from Woolies; I just bought a few bananas from the Mega Didcount Fruit Mart and saw Uncle Michael for my weekly pork salad roll. I asked him: why no Santa? (I keep my English simple since his English isn't the best). Uncle Michael replies not here this year? When I lift Era in mock-protest and chant "Bring back Santa!" Uncle Michael laughs, copies my action and chants in reply, "We want Santa!" XD
  • Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. Originally she said shower half-fast but after I'd done that she said actually you've got time to water yourself so I sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all done after only 5% (from showering half fast) but when Hannah said I could water myself I happily leaned fully against the right side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling Hannah back.
  • I had one tinkle before Hannah flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Hannah rekitted me, I had another tinkle when she was helping with Erf's sock and one last when she was giving Wally back to Ela.
  • Back outside, lunch was my delicious pork salad roll and one yummy mug of peppermint tea.
  • Suddenly Michelle arrived for my annual review! Sneaky Hannah immediately got PIG mum to sign her off and she left five minutes early. She's back 4-6 toms; must remember to write her a Christmas card!
  • Turns out that just like PIG mum, Michelle likes talking. XD Personally, I had much fun sobbing on Peggy and Hannah. XD
  • When she left I walked her out, used the loo for one tinkle and then plopped online.
  • Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 204TH time!
  • Toms: my first official day of holidays!! Wonder if I can persuade PIG mum to take me to see the new Avatar movie @ Hoyts? Fingers crossed!
  • Hannah's back and minding me from 4-6pm.
  • Ooh maybe I can watch the 6pm news for the 205TH time!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing Wednesday toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
P.S. All the interesting surnames I saw while watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's, read by Jonathan Uptin) for the 204TH time: Cavallaro, Rudd, Albanese (heard) - suddenly the computer froze! >< Luckily 🐷 Mum left the TV on before leaving; I grabbed my mobile, crashed into the couch and watched Seven 's news instead. Pat Welsh read the sports report and Tony Auden read the weather report. Brisbane was 16-27 today. My. Gravatt tomorrow:15-27. Sunrise 4:49am sunset 6:47pm.
