Monday Post 471

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2384 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'What Makes God Proud'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Today, God's Calling You (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Seasons' but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and SEVEN MINUTES online after dad feeds me some arvo tea!! Anyways, events for today?

• For the first time in four days, yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:20am and after one pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Usually nature calls hourly after the first daylight pot trip :P but happiness was snoring soundly until dearest dad silently walked very thoughtfully walked along the hallway and unpopped the lock for the front door awaiting Kathryn's arrival @ 9am before waking again for the pot. :P
• After dad lets Kathryn in, he knocks, opens the door and bids me hi. When I nod Pearl @ him, dad asks fifteen more minutes? Thankfully, after another nod from Pearl they both wisely retreat; phew because Pearl's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum. XD
• When Kathryn comes back, I use the pot :P once more for three tinkles, we get me kitted and I head oover to the bathroom to brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and head out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast.
• Sweet, for breakfast I not only have one bowl of porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly smeared with avocado and equally lightly sprinkled with salt; dad gives me TWO slices! I also drink one full mug of water, pop all my usual drugs :P and over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Kathryn's car. Thanks to her who helps me buckle my seatbelt both ways today. That done, she tootles me off to the NAB for physio.
• Score, today I get a full session with Sonia @ the student price! Physio today: Eighteen sit-to-stands with forward and left weight shift,  five TUG tests, one six-minute walk test and four laps hallway walking and bending to ground to retrieve soft balls thrice.
• After one more loo trip, Kathryn drive me home and I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Kathryn who rinses my hair out for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• I have one tinkle before Kathryn flips the nice hot water off, get dried, get creamed and have asnother tinkle. When Kathryn rekits me, I have one more tinkle when she's doing Elf's AFO straps and one last when she's giving Wally back to Ela.
• Back outside, dad introduces me to his two mates (a husband and wife couple) who he's invited over for lunch. For my lunch I get fed one bowl of yummy fried rice! Thatt was washed down with one mug of  white tea but since we're outta milk dad just told Kathryn to add some condensed milk instead! He'd better get me some milk for tonight!
• At 1:55pm I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles. Whilst I was washing Era, dad signed Kathryn off  and shooed her away. Have I saud yet? She's only twenty-eight and lives in the Redlands Bay area.
• Originally dad said eat green tea cake with his mates @ 3pm? Well it's already 3:17. XD
• Toms: Lena's minding me from 9-2 and taking me to Breathe for physio with Eric before we buy groceries from Pinelands Plaza and my weekly bahn mi for lunch from the Pinelands Bakehouse. 
• Don't have any other appointments after she leaves; looking forward to spending my most important two hours of the day online and watching the 6pm news for the 91ST time! That's provided that I can watch the news (Seven's) tonight for the 90TH time. XD
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
