Heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get the chance to post before midday. XD Firstly, today I've only been hard @ work plodding 560 steps (obviously, I've not left the house yet); secondly, TWFT topic's 'Some People Can't Be Helped (1) and thirdly, the spam count for the week's thirty but fourthly and way most impoprtantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY MINUTES online after the therapist leaves!!so hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!

P.S. Seven's news was read out by Sally Bowrie. All the interesting surnames I saw: Albanese, Willesee, Berry, Shoebridge, Kadak, Ratner, Tsujihara, Dolling, De Belin, Bogut, Manafort, Irving, Greenberg, de Belin, Lieshmann (heard) and Dry. Matt Carmichael read the sports report and Angie Asimus read the weather forecast. Brisbane toms: 22-31, fine.
