Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 2156. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I started writing my birthday reflections for 2019.
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Toms: late morning torture session with Vincent the bloody physio. >< considering how my stupid head's hurting now, it'll prolyl feel like exploding by the time he lets me leave...
• Fingers crossed PIG mum will take me for half a lunch 2 the Calamvale BBQ And Chinese restaurant!
• Looking forward to seeing Aunty Ann for a comfy massage~
• Carol's minding me from 4pm till 6pm and then I'll never see her again coz she's retiring!!! Thinking I'll shower @ 4pm and not stay online coz I wanna talk with her and see what her retirement plans are like … think she said sth about moving down to Tasmania to live with Mr. Lindsay?
• Then @ night dad's taking me to church for small group Bible study~
