Tuesday Post 289b

Heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get the chance to post before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2728 steps today and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Let The Healing Begin' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FOURTEEN MINUTES online when I get back home from Toastmasters!! *sigh* Meaning I'll not have time to play Bejeweled today but just quickly, events for Tuesday?

•  Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:40am~
• Saw Vincent the bloody physio for a torture session. physio today: stood entire session, bent to ground about twelve times for Ela to touch object, ten wall pushups, reaching for both hands and weightshifting.
• Went home and did my HEP.
• Came out to Calamvale Central and had half a lunch from Surabing+.
• Saw Aunty Ann for a comfy message.
• Faith's minding me now and will take me to Toastmasters tonight.
• Toms: fingers crossed I can watch the morning news; UQ physio isn't till like 1pm!
• Natalie's taking me to the NAB for physio~
• Then Kim's taking me to choir @ like 4p;30pm.
• Best of all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I always say, a very little's better than none  @ all!
• Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
