Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1353 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Spur on Your Friends'. Anyways, I've realised I don't have enough time tonight to note things down in detail so just briefly, continuing today's events?

• Yay I get to watch Seven's morning news!
• Natalie came and drove me to the NAB. My new student has an odd name that I obviously don't remember yet. XD Physio today: two laps walking along the hallway, two 10m walk tests, about twenty single leg pushups on tower of power, stepping for Erf and weightshifting.
• Showered when I got home - hairwash today. Also thanks to Natalie who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye shut. I really enjoy these showers with Natalie, so far PIG mum hasn't barred her from being in the bathroom while I'm showering; she can hold the showerhead over my back and keep me warm! ^^
