Good evening! Firstly, Em’s new plodding total for Wednesday
now stands @ 1734 but secondly and way more importantly, I’m still owed TWENTY-FIVE
MINUTES online after io use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, continuing last
night’s events?
- After one loo trip, I was distressed to find the lift that can carry a wheelchair down the three big steps was outta order! >< The bartender was very nice, immediately saying he’d get another staff member to carry my wheelchair down the three steps but I said thanks but no thanks; I’d manage getting down fine coz the rail was on the right hand side.
- Lol, last night I sat @ the head of the table!
- There was only one formal speech last night, given by the guy who stutters … I’ve forgotten his name; but he’s a really good speaker!
- Elsa had ordered us some finger food, but once the formal part of the meeting was over, she went and ordered this chicken burger that came with fries, coz last night’s specials (lamb pizza and sth spicy) weren’t suitable for me
- Oh, the guy’s name is Mitch!
- The night ended rather early; since Carol didn’t shout me dinner I offered to erase her debt and not charge her again till next year if she shouted me dessert and she agreed!
- Meaning I got to try my first Storm (with Flake) and a shot of chocolate topping from Hungry Jack’s! we also stopped and I transferred to this bench and Carol snapped a photo for me posing under a giant Christmas teddy! There was also a Christmas elf but we both decided he was ugly and didn’t deserve a photo. XD
