Sunday Post 329e

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Since I've already logged in my plodding total for today @ only 850, I'll just note down tat the final, final spam count for the weekend's now twelve and note down final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, @ 9pm I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always  rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Toms: hope PIG mum helps me up...
• Should I watch the morning news?
• Will doubtless have tasteless leftovers with dearest dad for lunch~
• Bet PIG mum's got David coming over to gimme a session of physio ... well, hopefully he'll lemme plod on the treadmill nice and slow, else expect another super-pissy plodding total!
• Tina's minding me till like 4/5pm; fingers crossed I can read for ne hour and then watch the entire Nine's news 6pm bulletin!
• Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!
