Friday Post 388

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2383 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Birth Of The Ancient Of Days'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Power Of A Shared Faith' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Walls Torn Down, Unity Found'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Wow, has it really been four whole days since I last enjoyed an awesome sleep? Nature didn't call until the noisy garbage truck THUNDERED  down our road and started tipping bins; after one pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Nature called again when dearest dad very thoughtfully walked silently along the hallway and  unpopped the lock into the garage; after he'd kissed me bye, pretended to suck Pearl's SEVEN pearls, laughed his head off when Pearl body slammed him for the cheek and left for his hard day's work, Pearl, Pijum and I all happily cuddled and snored, me waking  once more for the pot :P shortly before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.
  • Once PIG mum lets Peggy in, she knocks, opens the door, sticks her head inside and calls, "Good morning." Pijum flaps an ear @ her and flaps the ear again when Peggy asks, "Fifteen more minutes?" Phew that Peggy then leaves, since he's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
  • When Peggy returns, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who squirts some toothpaste for me.
  • Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table, who told me she had her two usual hardboiled eggs with salt for breakfast.
  • For breakfast, I munch one small bowl of Minus :P, pop all my usual drugs :P and drink one  huge mug of water.  Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, I sat once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to Springwood Mall to get my free photo with Santa!
  • I'm very impressed with the accessibility of that place; there was a ramp available for me to hike into the shopping center.
  • But my heart sank when I saw the huge, long line that waited for photos with Santa and the fact that there was only a stool available for you to sit on, but hey.
  • After standing in line for about thirty minutes, 'twas finally my turn! Santa was fat, jolly, lemme very gently tug his beard and even raised the peace sign with me when we posed for a photo together!
  • My heart sank again when I saw the huge, long line for photos and was dreading another thirty-minute stand and wait but suddenly the person manning the photos printed mine out first and I got to skip the queue! Thankfully everyone else didn't seem to mind, either~
  • Our other stop before heading home was Woolies for groceries. Peggy also showed me some kinda Christmas cake that Germans like.
  • Back home I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, Peggy made me one toasted tuna in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese and buttered on the inside! I also enjoyed one big mug of white tea with one spoonful of honey.
  • Lol Peggy thought her shift ended @ 2:30pm hence why I showered @ normal speed today but when the parents got home PIG mum IMMEDIATELY shooed her away coz her shift actually ends @ 2!
  • Lunch finished, I use the loo for one more tinkle and then walk myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
  • Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day online, I'll head over to the gobbling :P table and read for one hour. Hopefully PIG mum will gimme some arvo tea.
  • At 5pm Dr. Lee and Rosanna are taking me to Queen Street Mall for my once-yearly trip to see the giant Christmas tree!
  • Toms: for the next six days I'll not get any support. >< Will CD survive?? XD
  • Hopefully PIG mum'll help me up before 9:45am, feed me a fried egg for breakfast and take me walkies somewhere to buy a sushi roll for arvo tea otherwise expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.
  • Unsure if there's any table tennis @ church toms? Will ask dad when I remember to.
  • So, doubt  I'll return tonight but wishing everyone  a smashing week ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
