wednesday post

good evening, peoples! no plodding total from me yet, coz dinner hasn't been called. i'll pop back online for a few mins after dinner before house to note my plodding total for today. but first, a great big thank-you to charlsy and kwany! 2 comments in one day - that's 3 for the month in total! thanks, guys :) anyways, let's jump into the spotty points :P for the day!
-PIG mum dug em up this morning, got me kitted, then gleefully made (please refer to the top of thursday's post to read what i really want to write, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><)
-i planted my bum on the seat in front of the TV, then started watching 9's news, read out by kellie conolly (sp?), followed by 7's news, read out by anne sanders. aunty wendy gave my left arm and hand a massage, then gave my right one one as well! :P dunno why ...
-i scooched over for lunch at midday, having congee/rice with lotsa some chinese vegetable and bits of yummy chicken. that was just washed down with a glass of water.
-i read my janny wurts novel until PIG mum returned. i told her i needed to pee, so she handed me over to aunty wendy, who Forced me to walk to the loo.
-aunty wendy then Forced me to walk back to my chair. when she left, i tootled briefly online until the DSQ workers came. PIG mum gleefully made (please refer to the top of thursday's post to read what i really want to write, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk over to take a seat.
-PIG mum kindly made us cups of tea. funny - i wonder, did she put half a teaspoon of honey into her own cup, but absolutely none into mine? coz i tasted both, and hers was sweeter, i swear. so i just drank hers. :P
-evelyn came a little late (she got stuck in traffic off logan road) and Forced me to walk into the laundry.
-she forced me to dak myself before i sat in my showerchair, so i had no choice but to comply.
-a nice hot shower followed - hairwash today. evelyn helped me scrub my back and right arm, i did the rest - even my calves, even though i'm terrified that i'll slip from that showerchair.i scrubbed my own face too, good to hear that i'm only a little spotty on my chin.
-evelyn got me dried and rekitted, then Forced me to walk back out to the dining room, where the DSQ ladies were just leaving. but i think they're coming back in a fortnight or so.
-no time for arvo tea, PT awaited. so PIG mum gleefully made (please refer to the top of thursday's post to read what i really want to write, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk out to evelyn's car. i honestly don't know why she snapped a refusal to my polite request to please put sparkless in evelyn's boot. i mean, unlike barry (amanda's car), her car is big and spacious and would fit in sparkless just fine.
-evelyn tootled us off to vincent the physios, listening to B105. i provided some directions.
-oops, PIG mum forgot to put the disabled parkig sticker in evelyn's car. luckily, we still found a park just outside.
-ok, am being summoned for dinner now, so i'll bbl, ok? time is now ... 7:43pm

-evelyn Forced me to walk in, and vincent the physio took her from me, Forcing me to walk in the rest of the way. he ordered me to take off my shoes and splint, so i complied.
-a long range of left hand exercises and bum lifts followed. when we finally finished, he refused to put my teds back on for me, just Forced me to walk back outside. i took a seat as evelyn paid him and got a receipt in return. then they Forced me to walk back out to evelyn's car.
-she tootled us home, still listening to B105.

-arvo tea was a toasted ham sandwhich, cut into 4 rectangles, and a cup of green tea. i asked PIG MUM WHY I WASN'T ALLOWED ANY HONEY, ONLY TO BE SNAPPED AT (sorry, shrieking. ><) that honey is a lubricant. oh well.
-i was going to scooch over to watch 7's news at 6pm, but PIG mum shoved my armchair all the way back to the gobbling table, and gleefully made (please refer to the top of thursday's post to read what i really want to write, but have been TOO HEAVILY CENSORED by PIG mum. ><) me walk to my armchair over at the TV.
7's news was read out by rod young and kay mcgrath, sports by shane webcke, and weather by talitha cummins. or was it john schluter? sorry, me no remember. :p
-evelyn kindly put on my teds and shoes back on, then at 6:45, she Forced me to walk to the toilet. she also forced me to yank my own daks down, so i could only comply.
-after a tinkle, evelyn forced me to yank my daks back up, Forced me to walk over to wash my right hand - but she helped me dry it, thanks - then Forced me to walk back to my computer chair.
-i tootled briefly online as she rocked off 4mins early. she lives in mt gravatt east, actually, and is in her final year of a psych degree.

-phew, i finished just in time! house will be starting soon; i'll try to remember my favourite line so i can type it up toms. i've got OT at UQ at 9am toms, then PT at 11am. fingers crossed, i'll try to ask PIG mum again if we can please go to green tea house for lunch. too bad, i've been flatly denied that for 2 or 3 weeks in a row. oh well, hope everyone has a great week!
