Tuesday Post 439

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1154 steps (ha, I'm over one grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'My Soul Thirsts For God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Ingredients Of A Miracle' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Behind Prison Bars'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 7:05am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly after 9am just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee (because dearest dad's still @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Oh, today I started a new tube of toothpaste. It's August the 13th; wonder how long I'll take to go through one tube of toothpaste?
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Breakfast is one bowl of plain porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Dearest dad had a three-stack toastie with avocado; when I askede PIG mum could I please have some avocado too she immediately snapped no and I was sad  but dearest dad kindly passes me a pea-sized spot of avocado for my piece of toast and  I'm happy again~ Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• Lena arrives @ 10am; when she says good morning I've just stuffed a mouthful of porridge into my gob; I point @ my cheek, make a sound and Lena laughs, saying, "I can see you're eating breakfast. Swallow first and then we'll say good morning." XD
• Whoops only twenty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Did stinky unspeakable then climbed into RIX and went to Go Cutt for my cheap haircut.
• Played mobile games till midday (passed three more levels today! XD) then bought groceries from Pinelands Coles and got my crunchy pork bahn mi from Pinelands Bakehouse.
• Took a nice hot shower when I get home - hairwash today. Also thanks to Lena who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted dinner is my delicious crunchy pork bahn mi (it even comes in a fancy paper bag!) plus one    mug of delicious vanilla chai.
• Use the loo for two more tinkles  @  1:55pm and then sign  Lena off with my thanks and byes @ 2pm. Won't see her toms since I don't get support on public holidays and then apparently my shift times have changed to suit my physio times next year? Anyways, I told her Merry Christmas just in case. XD
• Nisha's taking me to Toastmasters tonight; looking forward to my UnHappy Meal for dinner afterwards. >< XD *sigh*
• Toms: it's the Ekka public holiday! No physio also means no support ...  perhaps expect a super-pissy plodding total from me?
• Hope PIG mum helps me up before 9:45am and  I'm looking forward to this arvo coz either Thomas/Dr. Esther will gimme a lift to our group social somewhere although I'm unsure are we BYO dinner/grabbing dinner together somewhere!! 
• Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
