Heylo again, good morning again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1451 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Jesus Bought Your Endurance'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Experiencing His 'Incomparably Great Power'" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's The Voice We Can Trusy' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY MINUTES online after I get back home from table tennis!! Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, for the first time in three days, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Pijum and I happily cuddled and snored, me waking for the pot :P once more shortly before 9am, just before noisy PIG mum began her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with only the bra strap and the tee (since dearest dad's @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
- PIG mum comes back to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
- Breakfast is one bowl of plain porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) multigrain toast, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt. PIG mum tootles us off to the Warrigal Square Woolies for grocery shopping.
- Apart from buying the usual (milk, etc.) PIG mum also redeems her free bunch sample, some kinda mango chutney! It says it's perfect for curries and with cheeseboards; PIG mum says she'll try some with her curry for lunch today and fingers crossed she gives me some cheese to try the chutney with this arvo!
- Back home, I use the loo for one more tinkle and then walk myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
- Whatever PIG mum's cooking for lunch smells good ...
- Lena's taking me to play table tennis @ 2pm; let there be cake! Will try and remember to ring the Donhuang Chinese restaurant and ask if their HK milk tea's HK-style!
- Planning to start the Garth Nix novel briefly before watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 151ST time!
- GG Bible study @ Peter Pie's tonight ... must remember to bring notepad!
- Toms: PIG mum'll help me up since Karina's not taking me to GCCW until 8:45am.
- She'll buy me a kebab with chips (gyros?) for lunch and then drive me off to the NAB for physio with Mitch.
- Karina will see me home and showered before leaving @ 3:45pm.
- Excitement: Annette's taking me to book club toms night and we're having dinner together @ Springwood Tower instead of meeting @ the library!
- Wonder will Annette take me for ice cream @ Maccas afterwards? Fingers crossed she will, since Maccas soft serve beats whatever pissy little ice cream doles out to me! XD
- Anyways, I'll prolly not bbl, so hope everyone's having a smashing week!
