Thursday Post 279c

Good evening again! Firstly, Em’s new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 2491 and secondly, Joni’s devotional topic’s ‘Be Engaged!’ Anyways, continuing tonight’s events?

  • After I flipped the nice warm water off, I mostly dried myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped me dry my back, both legs and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, thanks to Kim who kindly helped me cream my back, both calves and Era), then mostly rekitted myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped with my bra strap, Erf’s sock, Elf’s AFO and both laces). After using the loo for one tinkle, I washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Arvo tea was two figs and one mug of green tea. Thanks to Kim who kindly brought my bag over from the computer table; after she’d cleaned the bathroom and was very gently and very sporadically massaging Ela, I played Candy Crush. XD
  • At 5:15pm, I walked myself once slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Lucky Kim got to leave five minutes early but still gets the full two hour’s pay when dearest dad got home and demanded that we leave. She’s back Saturday arvo, and knows to let herself inside if the garage door’s opened.
  • Dad tootled me off to the library, as usual going on about how I was only allowed two bikkies and tea without sugar. I told him no worries; Second Mum/Jen just makes me tea with two milks instead. XD
  • After one loo trip, I took my usual seat. Barb comes over and immediately gives me a minion present from her son; <3 a="" amanda="" and="" another="" ask="" at="" been="" book="" comes="" coz="" dad="" discovered="" discuss="" extend="" for="" hanging="" hasn="" her="" i="" if="" laughs="" ll="" lost="" me="" minions="" misplaced="" month="" my="" next="" over="" paying="" payment="" picnic="" process="" rock="" s="" says="" she="" span="" still="" t="" the="" then.="" we="" what="">
  • Tonight eleven ladies attend. Poor Katie needs a hysterectomy … but luckily there’s more options available now like adoption and surrogacy. I also introduced everyone to my new pet sheep (dad brought her along for me) and regaled everyone with my drop bear feat. XD
  • After book club ended, I showed all my Auckland photos to Marie, who especially liked the selfies dad took for us at the geysers. Thanks to her who gave me a hand out to the chairs outside; dad came back for me from his swimming next door shortly afterwards and tootled us back home
  • Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Cheers,

Em. ^^
