Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3212 steps and secondly, TWFT topic's "Refined 'In The Furnace Of Suffering'. Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! One of the things I like most about the warmer month's how early the Sun rises; this morning, nature called @ 5:15am but the Sun had already fully risen!
- At 4:06pm, I've played one game of Bejeweled lasting 6:37. Now, lemme play one more lasting between five and six minutes, and I'll promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
- After one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes till 5:25am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Now @ 4:26pm I've finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 5:30. That's today's quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms, because for my first game I already lasted 7:14!
- Then I had an INCREDIBLE snore coz I didn't wake again and use the pot :P until dearest dad considerately walked silently along the hallway and unpopped the lock leading into the garage!
- After dearest dad kissed me bye, retucked me into bed and left for his hard day's work, I happily snored for another hour, waking again when PIG mum began her daily a-THUMPING around to use the pot :P once more. Soon she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and leave the day's clothes for me by the bed, since Hannah's coming to help me up @ 9am.
- When Hannah announces her arrival, PIG mum lets her in. I get my fifteen more minutes before Hannah gets me kitted, before we head over to the bathroom and I brush teeth. Thanks to Hannah who squirts me some toothpaste; Ela enjoys her first break for the week~
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After washing and drying Era, I headed out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast, which was a bowl of Nutri-Grain! Lol I've not eaten that cereal for like TWO DECADES; wonder how PIG mum found it and told Hannah to gimme a bowl?
- Turns out she'd told Hannah the wrong place to find it/Hannah went searching in the wrong place because it's actually mixed with dearest dad's Crunchy Nut cereal! Luckily I didn't taste any~
- Breakfast finished, I head to the bathroom and do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- That done, I wash and dry Era before climbing into Hannah's tank. Hannah tootles me back to Underwood Marketplace again to buy the other book I should've bought yesterday but for thoughtless PIG mum not giving me the entire fifty bucks Mr. Hall gave me. *sigh*
- Hannah parks outside Big W; whilst walking into Big W we pass Gloria Jean's and I remind Hannah that I want an Oreo ice chocolate from her for Christmas, please. Then we grab a trolley and I buy the newest Matthew Reilly book.
- Next we head to food court and Hannah buys me my 2nd sushi roll. One more chicken next time and then it's egg's turn. She then goes to buy herself a lunch - and comes back with an Oreo iced chocolate for me!! :D I protest I don't have any money to pay her back but she said that's your Christmas present! She's bought one for herself too; we both happily slurp away before finishing our shopping @ Woolies buying milk.
- That done, Hannah tootles us home and I head into the bathroom for my nice warm shower -hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who rinses my hair out for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Less than ten minutes left, so just very briefly:
- -Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is one bowl of rice leftovers and one mug of green tea.
- Saw Ray for some massage and acupuncture. He's just bought a bread machine!
- Came home, had my sushi roll for arvo tea, used loo and then plopped online.
- Joining choir practice from 5:30pm till 6:30pm.
- Actually, coverage of Origin Three starts @ 6pm! Doesn't matter; kickoff isn't until 8pm. GO THE MIGHTY MAROONS!!
- Toms: Tina's helping me up @ 8am (well, she's meant to, although I'm expecting she'll be @ least ten minutes late XD), taking me shopping and then we're meeting Pastors Chris and Grace for lunch @ Woka Warrigal!
- Fingers crossed PIG mum'll be too tired after her half day's work to gleefully force me on any stupid exercises and will just lemme enjoy my most important two hours of the day online in peace ...
- Best of all, it's ice cream night tonight! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
- Righteo, hope everyone's having a smashing week!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
