Good afternoon again! Have plodded treadmill with David and can officially login Monday's plodding total @ 1231. Righteo, continuing today's events?
- Today Tina *just* managed to arrive by 2pm; when she rang the doorbell I glanced @ the clock: 2pm and just then the clocked ticked over to 2:01! XD
- David arrived too, for my last physio session with him this year: ten minutes treadmill walking 0.8km/hr, 200 stepping exercises for Erf, seventy reaches for Ela thirty semi-squats. I can only hope that's my last physio session for the year since I've still got OT like twice-weekly ...
- After David left I took a nice warm shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, since Tina kindly stayed and held the showerhose over my back after I called her please to gimme some facewash I was already all done after only singing 13% but happily fully leaned against the right side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling Tina back.
- After I flipped the nice warm water off, I got dried, creamed and rekitted, having just the one tinkle when I was drying inside both ears with a tissue.
- Back out @ the gobbling :P table, arvo tea was one yummy banana and one small mug of peppermint tea. While I was showering someone from DSQ rang but said she'd call back thirty minutes later. Turns out some DSQ lady wanted to book a meeting for my upcoming review meeting. I told her mother's out now; can I get her to give you a call back when she gets home? The lady says she's going home herself but she'll ring again tomorrow morning.
- Before Tina left, I used the loo once more for two tinkles. She's back Thursday and taking me shopping!
- The parents are taking walkies together now ... me, I'd better start composing my newest GCCW homework!
- Toms: expecting PIG mum to come help me up, coz Hannah's coming @ 10am and taking me wherever PIG mum decides ...
- She'll see me home, showered and fed with lunch before leaving @ 1/2pm. I'll read my daily Bible passages, tootle online for myself and then PIG mum's taking us to see Dr. Ku: me, for my blood test results and her for her x-ray results.
- Will read my daily Bible passages when I get home and then tootle online for myself. Will only ask PIG mum for some arvo tea if there's enough time for me to use up my most important two hours for today.
- Kim's taking me to Toastmasters @ 5:30! Don't think I've received the agenda yet ... wonder if I'm doing any role toms?
- Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner tonight, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
