Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2537 steps (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Who Are The Children Of Abraham?' thirdly, TWFT topic's 'When You Go Through Difficulties (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Cleansed By Christ' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-NINE MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 117TH time! Anyways, events for today?
- Nature called once @ 1:50am; I used the pot :p again around 7:45am before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- PIG mum's daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs wakes me for another pot :P trip and soon she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee (since dearest dad's @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
- PIG mum comes back to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over
- Breakfast is one bowl of Just Wrong :P and Minus :P with all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and she tootles me off to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage.
- At his place, I use the loo for one tinkle and then lie down to get some massage and acupuncture from Ray. I enjoy the shoulder CPR the best, while mother loves yapping ceaselessly @ him. XD My grateful thanks to Ray who always replied and kept a conversation flowing.
- After one more loo trip, PIG mum tootled me home and I sat @ the gobbling :P table and shared a post to Facebook about my devestation @ PIG mum turning down Mr. Ward's offer of the outdoors electric wheelchair because she won't bend to help me with my footwear. >< *sigh*
- Lunch was one yummy tuna in tomato and onion sandwich with one slice of cheese and one delicious mug of French earl grey tea with milk and a lil squirt of honey..
- At 1:55pm I went to sit over the loo for two tinkles and await Narelle's arrival @ 2pm but she arrived early; the doorbell dinged just when I reached the door! Hence why I only sat over the loo for one tinkle.
- Physio today: Ten pushups on tower of power for both legs and then thirdly more just for Elf, one kneeling lunge for Elf, weight shift, stepping for both feet, two laps long hallway and eight laps. Friday's the last time I'll see Mel and Annika; must remember to wear my fun shirt and bring them chocolate!
- After one more loo trip (I was tired and sat over the loo for two tinkles), Narelle tootled me home and I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Narelle who helped me rinse out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one juicy mandarin (it had two seeds), half a tasty cracker and one huge mug of peppermint tea. Narelle even shared 1.5 pieces of her delicious shortbread with me! I stuffed them into my gob whole lest PIG mum see. XD Turns out she's unable to give Ela a massage since she suffers from severe carpal tunnel, poor thing. I also happily read Boy Swallows Universe for one hour, reaching pg. 275 @ 3:53pm and reaching pg. 333 @ 4:05pm.
- I signed Narelle off with my thanks and byes @ 4:15pm; have I said yet? Turns out her nephew had leukaemia but didn't tell his family; only his doctor knew.
- After one more tinkle, I plopped online.
- Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 117TH time!
- Toms: presuming PIG mum's helping me up before Lena takes me to Breathe for physio and then we'll buy groceries @ Pinelands Cooles plus my once- weekly bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse.
Cheers,
Em. ^^
