Tuesday Post 351

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2325 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Faith For The Impossible'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Storm-proofed For Life' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Thirsty And Thankful'. Anyways, events for today?

• Nature called once @ 1:50am; I used the pot :P again around 7:45am before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

   

• PIG mum's daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs wakes me for another pot :P trip; soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee (since dearest dad's @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.

• PIG mum returns to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Breakfast is one bowl of dry (no honey) Weet-Bix (two) with a very light scattering of Sultana Bran, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After breakfast, Lena walks behind me back to the bathroom. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into RIX's passenger seat. Thanks to Lena who kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt (what she kindly helps with all day) and then she tootles me off too Breathe for physio. Since we arrive nice and early, I've enough time to play the HP version of Bejeweled on my mobile and pass two levels!

• Physio today: 2.408km bike, 36 assisted pull-ups, 36 leg curls for Elf, 36 rows for Ela, 36 step down for Erf with left weight shift and boxing!

  
  

• Afterwards, Lena tootled us off to Pinelands Plaza, grabbed a trolley for us and then we bought groceries from Coles before ducking into Pinelands Bakehouse and grabbing my once-weekly crackling pork bahn mi from Aunty Lisa

• Got home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Thanks also to Lena who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is my delicious crackling pork salad roll plus one mug of white tea; alas, horrid PIG mum has hidden not only the sugar and the honey, but also the powdered HK-style milk tea and milk tea coffee! *sigh*

• Before Lena leaves @ 2pm I sit once more over the loo for two tinkles. She's back toms and taking me to table tennis~

• Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle then head down to the gobbling :P table to read Boy Swallows Universe for one hour and munch arvo tea.

• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 118TH time!

•  Toms: hope PIG mum helps me up and takes me grocery shopping somewhere else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.

• Lena's taking me to play table tennis @ 2pm and then seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm.

• Only I'm not attending toms night coz it's the first Origin match! GO THE MIGHTY MAROONS!!

• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
