Thursday Post 470

 Good afternoon! Firstly, my final, final plodding total for Wednesday's actually 2573 (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand but alas that the mighty Maroons were belted quite badly by the smelly Blues last night >< XD); secondly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1160 steps (ha, I'm over one grand XD); thirdly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Fear That Draws Us In'; fourthly, TWFT topic's 'Why Do We Resist Change? (2)' and fifthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Life's Pilgimage.' Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 5th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until noisy PIG mum woke me with her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs; after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Soon she's let herself into my room before going back out and awaiting Karina's arrival @ 8:45am. After Karina arrives, she knocks, bids me good morning and says hitting the snooze button for fifteen more minutes ... I flap one of Pijum's ears @ her and she thankfully removes herself; phew, since Pijum's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum. XD
• I stay 'asleep' until tapped but when Karina returned, she just sat down beside me and asked me was I still sulking from what happened last night? I turned around and growled @ her you may gloat for the next three weeks but we've got a nearly 75% chance of winning the third game and the series, so we'll see who says the I'm not saying anything comment then! XD Karina roared with laughter and then I used the pot :P once more for @ least three tinkles before we got me kitted.
• That done, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth; thanks to Karina who squirted some toothpaste for me. Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gfobbling :P table with Karina, who tells me she drank some honeycomb-flavoured poppa of milk for breakfast; she got it yesterday when she went to give blood!
• For breakfast, I had one bowl of porridge with one slice of dry (nbuttered) multigrain toast, all my usual drugs :P and one full cup of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Karina puts some sunscreen over my face and then I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Karina's car and she tootles me off to the Garbo library for GCCW! Thanks to her who helped me buckle my seatbelt both ways~
• At the library, I use the loo for one tinkle and them am happy to discover that we're back in Meeting Room One.
• Ten attended today; there was a new boy called Daniel from Korea! He's like thirteen years younger than me, cuts hair by trade and we're Facebook friends now~ Tammy helped me once to the toilet for morning tea and Mary brought profiteroles, chocolate and caramel flavoured! Homewoork for next meeting's 'Daunting'; I'm thinking about writing about the Dauntless from Veronica Roth's series!
• The meeting ended two minutes early today, but Tammy waited with me until Karina came back @ midday.
• After one more tinkle, Karina tootled me home and I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Karina made me one tuna in tomato and onion with one slice of cheese toastie cut into two rectangles and PIG mum poured me one mug of HK-style milk tea coffee.  I signed her off with my thanks and byes till 1:15pm; she's not back again until the next GCCW but I'm unsure who's coming next Thursday when since I've not received July's roster yet.
• After lunch, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit @ the gobbling :p table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea.
• Will prolly watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 127TH time although not looking forward  to watching the Maroons' loss. >< XD
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay!  Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Toms: Peggy's minding me 9:30am till 2pm and  taking me to Breathe for physio. Presuming we'll grocery shop afterwards since I think Dorrie and I are cooking toms arvo?
• Hoping to read for another hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 128TH time but doubt I'll watch Friday night football since it's just Bulldogs vs. Sharks: I'll cheer for Canterbury but won't mind should Cronulla win since they're both blue! ;)
• Anyways, hopefully bbl else wishing everyone a smashing end to the week toms!
