Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2043 steps (ha, I'm just over two grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Are You Glad You Are Not God?'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Moving From Failure To Success (4)'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Great Love Cycle' and fifthly, the spam count for the week's thirteen but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-NINE MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 35TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, 5th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:20am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Nature called again shortly after 9am, when PIG mum began her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.
- After PIG mum lets Peggy in, she knocks, opens the door and calls "Good morning..." When I nod Pearl @ her she announces "Fifteen more minutes!" Another nod and she leaves us be, phew. XD
- When she comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted me some toothpaste.
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who told me she had her usual two hardboiled eggs with salt for breakfast.
- Foor my breakfast, I eat one bowl of poor drowned Tiny Teddy cereal :P (the yummy honey one but later PIG mum says that Peggy was actually supposed to gimme Weet-Bix XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, Peggy accompanies me back to the bathroom and I sit over the loo again. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into Auto (pronounced Alto)'s passenger seat. Thanks to Peggy who helped me buckle my seatbelt all day and then she tootled me off to physio @ Breathe.
- Physio today: 1.164km bike ride, 36 assisted pull-ups, 36 rowing for Ela, 26 shoulder press per hand with 4kg dumbbell (Era, Ela used a theraband) 36 lunges and boxing!
- Our other stop before heading home's Warrigal Square Woolies for groceries. Was originally gonna meet Chris from Axiom to try reenrol but I didn't answer his text until yesterday and he's already got other plans but he said he'd email me.
- Took a nice warm shower when I got home - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, Peggy made me a tuna in tomato and onion toastie for lunch with TWO cheese and HEAVILY buttered on the inside plus one big mug of green tea before going and cleaning the bathroom.
- When she left, Grace came and made an apple crumble with me! I forgot to buy any custard today but PIG mum said she'd MAKE me some toms! Drank another mug of green tea and used the loo for one tinkle before returning online.
- Toms: will hopefully get my once-weekly egg for breakfast! Hoping to start my book club novel too~ Wonder if there's any table tennis @ church toms arvo?
- Hmm isn't toms night time for toon leen farn? Will ask the parents are they gonna invite Aunty A/the Slams/whoever for dinner toms night.
- Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
