Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for today! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 1995 (meaning I'll have definitely passed two grand before Friday's out XD) secondly, the potential final, final spam count for the week's now thirteen and thirdly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Fan The Flame'.. Righteo, potential final, final events for today?
- After PIG mum lets Peggy inside @ 9:30am, Peggy knocks, opens the door, sticks her head inside and intones, "Good morning ..." Pijum flaps one ear @ her and gives another earflap when Peggy continues with "Fifteen more minutes?" Phew that she leaves without protest, because Pijum's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
- When Peggy comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who squirts me some toothpaste.
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who told me that she had her usual two hardboiled eggs with salt for breakfast.
- For my own breakfast, I munch one bowl of poor drowned Tiny Teddy cereal, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to Breathe for my first session of physio this year. Thanks to her who helped me buckle my own seatbelt all day.
- When I walked in, I was expecting to feel the soothing waves of aircon, but how come the place was stinking hot?! Shirley explained rats chewed the PVC pipes of the aircon! o_O Winnie offered me some ice water; I said gimme some when I finish physio please.
- Physio today: 1.425km bike ride, thirty bicep curls per hand and 4kg dumbbell, thirty shoulder press per hand with 4kg dumbbell 36 split squats, thirty assisted pullups and boxing! Winnie was a sweetheart; after my session finished and I'd sat back down outside in the waiting room, she really did pour me a cup of tap water and filled it with like six seven ice cubes!
- Went back to Warrigal Square and bought groceries before coming home for a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hoold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, for lunch Peggy made me one yummy tuna in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese and HEAVILY buttered on the inside! Lunch was washed down with one big mug of green tea.
- At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles while PIG mum signed Peggy off and shooed her away. She's back again same time next week.
Cheers,
Em. ^^
