one final good evening! em's final, final plodding total for wednesday now stands @ 644. lol, i've no idea did i walk that far; PIG mum only began gleefully FORCING :( me to walk again just before dinner.
-but she PROMISES that i can use sparkless @ garbo with cathy toms night!!!!
-just fingers crossed i won't die from the torture session i've with vincent the bloody physio first. ><
