Take three: firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1189 steps (ha, I'm over one thousand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Only Enduring Happiness'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Anchors For Your Soul (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Built In Christ'. Anyways, events for today?
- Woo hoo, 10TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call till 7:50am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* Actually, since PIG mum’s overseas holidaying, I’m using the time to recharge my mental batteries and prepare for another year with her @ the helm! XD
- Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly after 9am, just before dearest dad comes and kisses me good morning, gives me some eye goo and lays out the crop top for me, which I immediately struggle into before giving myself fifteen more minutes.
- Dad comes back to finish with my footwear before I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
- Breakfast is three dry (no honey) snapped-up Weet-Bix, one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one big mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of the car and buckle my seatbelt. Dad tootles me off to see Ray for some massage and acupuncture; that'll be the last time for another year. Once PIG mum returns, she'll only park on the driveway and not by the fence like dad will. *sigh*
- I use the loo for one tinkle and then lay down for some massage and acupuncture. Ray doesn't poke Ela with needles this time; just Elf coz PIG mum's not here to steady Ela since she's got uncontrolled movements. Ray tells me today begins the first week of school holidays for term three and Jennifer has taken the girls to some event @ Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown!
- Afterwards, dad tootles us back to Ho Lin Wah for lunch, to make up for the fact we didn't eat out last night! Both set meals sound great, but dad only lets me choose one (I chose the pig neck meat one) and he orders a soupy bowl of ho fan but he eats most of it! *sigh* Fingers crossed I'll get one whole meal for myself come Wednesday~
- Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
- Faith's minding me from 4-6pm today. Looking forward to reading the book club novel for one hour and watching the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 156TH time!
- Toms: hopefully dad'll help me up not too late and we'll buy groceries somewhere together? Kelly's not coming and taking me to the NAB for physio @ 1:15pm and she'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 5pm. Looking forward to reading the book club novel for one hour and then watching the 6pm news for the 157TH time!
