good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 1221 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'give your marriage a tune-up' and thirdly, em's still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after carol leaves!! but she should be here in about ten minutes, so fingers crossed i can bbl with last night's and today's events!
