Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for today now stands @ only 390 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY-TWO MINUTES online after Kim leaves!! Righteo, just briefly, let's start off with last night's events first!

• Had the usual dinner with dad and then dad drove me to church for small group!
