Friday Post 277f

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3024 (ha, I'm just over three grand XD) and secondly, the final, final spam count for the week's now fifty-two. Righteo, just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• At 8;27pm, PIG mum ordered I do my HEP fifty sit-to-stands. Tonight's was made further difficult coz dad was already sitting on the couch; PIG mum just started bitching how I wasn't doing them properly enough for her and dad just joined in. >< Tonight I actually did fifty-five *sigh*
• That finished, I used the loo for one more tinkle. PIG mum came and demanded I do the weightshifting practice then coz she was hitting the sack; I did them and then she demanded I start again! I did ten more for her and tried to leave; thankfully, she let me. Still, I'm so singing myself to sleep tonight, SCREW courting. >< *sigh*
• Toms: expect a super-pissy plodding total from me, coz I doubt I'm going out. Besta's minding me from 10am till 2pm; will shower @ 12:30pm coz Kim's not coming 4pm till 6pm. Looking forward to my three big mugs of white tea with two sugars and fingers crossed I can read for three hours; only Saturdays do I get that chance!

Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2666; secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'All Good Things Work Together For Good' and thirdly, the potential final, final spam count for the week's now fifty-one. Anyways, just briefly, last night's events first?

• Oh, earlier I finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 5:03. Now, lemme finish one more lasting between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Last night, I watched the Panthers play the sea Eagles! I honestly didn't care who won: the Sea Eagles were Bob's team (hard to believe he's been gone eleven years, now...) but the Panthers were sponsored by Oak, the chocolate milk brand!
• So congrats to the Panthers who took the two points~ Me, I used the loo for one more tinkle, noted down my final, final plodding total and then let PIG mum boot me off to hit the sack. Zzz~
• Now @ 7:39pm I've finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 6:15. That's today's quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Today: yay, 5th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Despite the cruel and unfaithful God sending the garbage truck THUNDERING down our road WAY BEFORE DAWN ('twas still pitch black; the sky hadn't even started lightening yet) to try and end my current awesome sleep streak I persuaded my idiot bladder to please lemme fall back asleep again and she didn't call again till 6:45am~
• Ji Young came and gave me a session of rehab therapy. She brought another woman with her (Darcy, only like twenty-three) who said she'd be taking over from Ji from now on!
• Enjoyed watching Seven's morning news. All the reader's names, interesting surnames I came across, value of the Aussie dollar and the weather forecast for toms are in some earlier post.
• Had leftovers for lunch with PIG mum then went out to Calamvale Central and did my daily six minute hike before buying groceries.
• Saw Ray for some acupuncture and massage.
• Kim came to mind me from 3:30pm till 5pm, coz Ji came and took me out to Momo's Chicken And Beer for dinner; my first fried chicken for the year! :D
• Pity that I suffered from a lil lbl … ji wrapped her jacket around me and told PIG mum when we got home. PIG mum helped me change then immediately told dad what happened. *sigh* She's spiteful like that …
• Still haveta do the fifty STS with PIG mum tonight... *another sigh*
• Toms: expect a super-pissy plodding total from me, coz I doubt I'm going out. Besta's coming to mind me from 10am till 2pm; must remember to shower @ 12:30pm coz Kim's not coming 4pm till 6pm. Looking forward to my three big mugs of white tea with two sugars and fingers crossed I can read for three hours! It's only Saturdays I have that luxury~

Thursday Post 277b

Heylo again and potentially one final greeting for Thursday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for today now stands @ 2131. Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• Now @ 4:37pm I've finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 6:08. That's today's quotas satisfied and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms coz I've actually played one more memorable game lasting 7:44!
• Sleep didn't return so after counting to 500 and hearing PIG mum begin her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs @ 7:45am I use the pot :P once more than spend the ten minutes till 7:55am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* 
• Kim announces her arrival three/five minutes early. Knocking then pushing open the door, she just says, "Em, fifteen more minutes." Actually, she comes back thirty seconds too early and Daddy Bear's all for giving her his dreaded Bear Bum but I tell him to hold because maybe she'll not disturb us and just empty my pot first? Sure enough, that's what happens! :P
• We get me kitted then I head over and brush teeth (Ela enjoys her first break this week) before I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Thanks to Kim who got me a spoon and turned on Sunrise for my viewing pleasure. Breakfast was one bowl of plain porridge with one slice of fry (unbuttered) toast, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one small half cup of milk. While enjoying watching Sunrise and munching breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• Breakfast finished, @ 8:45am I walk myself slowly and safely to the loo, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also fully leaning against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  
• That finished, I climb into the Camry and Kim tootles me off for my fortnightly shopping trip!
• After using the loo once I try to find a Matthew Reilly novel, coz I lost all my bookmarks for the books I was reading in the drowned phone. >< Happiness was finding Matthew's Reilly's newest (published only last year!) then sitting and reading for one hour. That was fifty-five pages.
• I use the loo for one more tinkle then Kim and I head upstairs, grab a trolley and start shopping! She goes a bit slower, I go a bit faster and we manage~
• Back downstairs, we sit for a quick break, before continuing grocery shopping @ Woolies.  We've just passed the self-serve checkouts when Caitlin calls my name! Era's hanging onto the trolley but Ela gives her a clumsy wave~
• When we pass through the self-serve checkouts Caitlin and I finally get a chance to catch up; I've not seen her since the week before my birthday! I told her, "I thought you left without saying bye!" Caitlin laughed and said no; the poor thing has been suffering from vestibular headaches, which causes bad balance and dizziness. I said since I'm disabled I'm obviously not any help, but if she suddenly falls over, faints and tries dying, Kim has a CPR certificate and can save her! I'll just screech for help. XD Caitlin laughed, and when Kim and I left, I said bye, saying hopefully cya next fortnight but if not, then hopefully before another three months has passed! XD
• Our last stop before lunch was New York Baguette, where I hung onto the trolley and braced against the wall with my back while Kim ducked inside and got me a sausage bun and a custard bun.
• Lunchtime! Kim tootled me back to Woka Warrigal to meet the Lungs for lunch. All the comfy booth seats along the side were taken but the comfy seats along the back were free, yay~
• The Lungs arrived about five minutes late. Once they arrived, Kim took her leave.
• over lunch, I remembered to ask pastor Chris why he asked about my mental health. Pastor Grace told me she needed to see a psychologist for post-natal depression after Naomi was born.
• Turns out I'm not that boring of a lunch companion after all; the Lungs didn't leave until 1:35pm! XD
• Kim paid then tootled me home. I turned off the alarm then headed into the bathroom for my nice hot shower -I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped me dry my back, both legs and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, thanks to Kim who kindly helped me cream my back, both calves and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped me with Erf's sock, Elf's AFO and both laces). Then I used the lo for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Kim cleaned the bathroom then sat and very gently and very sporadically massaged Ela for about twenty minutes before leaving. She's back toms arvo 4pm till 6pm coz she's not coming Saturday and says she'll sign off my six minute hike today when she comes toms.When PIG mum returns home from work, I walk myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
  
• Mother nabs half my yummy sausage bun and we each drink one mug of some kinda Chinese bol lei tea with mandarin peel.
• Arvo tea finished, I walk myself slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle then back online, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Doubt dad will take PIG mum and I out to dinner, but I'm hoping to watch Thursday night football tonight; I think it's the Sea Eagles vs. the Panthers~
• Toms: think Ji Young's coming to gimme a session of rehab therapy? Apparently it's her last coz she's given that job to someone else? Well, I just hope she remembers she said that she'll take me out to Runcorn Plaza and eat Korean fried chicken; I'll willingly pass the morning news for that!
• Presuming PIG mum's taking me out to some shopping centre and I'll complete my six minute hike then.
• Seeing Ray for some massage and acupuncture in the early arvo; bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap @ him. XD
• Kim's coming to mind me from 4pm till 6pm coz she's not coming Saturday.
• Then I suppose I'll be watching NRL again toms night … righteo, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!

Thursday Post 277

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2033steps (ha, I'm just over two grand XD0 and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Spend More Time in Prayer' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and FIVE MINUTES online after I let PIG mum nab @ least half my arvo tea!! Anyways, events for today?

• For my first game of Bejeweled ending @ 3:14pm, I lasted 5:08. Now, lemme play one more game lasting in between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Yay, 4th straight consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:05am (strange, for awhile I was like aware I was awake but not awake enough to realise that nature was calling XD) and after one pot :P trip tried falling back asleep coz Kim was coming to help me up @ 8am!

• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• It's ice cream night tonight; yay for that! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all~
• Toms: even better: Kim's taking me on my fortnightly shopping trip! She'll come @ 8am to help me up before we set out for Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown @ 9am~
• Even better, I'm meeting the Lungs for lunch @ Woka Warrigal! Must remember to ask Pastor Chris why did he ask Uncle William was I mentally sound/did I need to see a psychologist or psychiatrist?
• Must remember to do HEP with PIG mum toms arvo. Or, more likely, night, coz I can predict she'll be sleeping the entire arvo after working like half the day.
• And fingers crossed dad takes us out for dinner toms night! But should he not, I'll watch the Panthers vs. the Sea Eagles. Will cheer for Manly, coz they were Bob's team … hard to realise he'll have been gone for eleven years, this year.

• I had a Happy Meal for dinner; Shelby just had a choc shake.

• Today: yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:40am~

• Nat drove me out to the NAB. Physio today: barefeet standing practice, stepping for Erf, about eight laps walking along hallway and weightshifting.

Tuesday Post 255

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2879 steps and secondly, TWFT topic's 'learn To Be Content' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and TWELVE online after I get home tonight!! Anyways, I won't have time to play Bejeweled today so just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call till 7:05am.
• Saw Vincent the bloody physio for a torture session. Physio today: stood entire session, bent eighteen times to floor for Ela to move object, reaching for both hands, weight shifting and standing only n Erf's tippy toes for two minutes.
• Went to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown and did my six minute walk. Also had Chinese for lunch coz I'll not get any rice for dinner. Drank a pudding milk tea with PIG mum, although it's called custard @ Chatime! Pity that PIG mum only ordered 30% sugar, meaning I didn't get the full taste, but hey.
• Elizabeth from CODA's over having a pre-review meeting with NDIS.
• Shelby's taking me to Toastmasters tonight!
• Toms: think PIG mum's got Alyssa back to give Ela another session of OT.
• Fingers crossed I can watch the morning news!
• Nicole's taking me to the NAB for physio @ 12:30. Hopefully I'll finally have earned Ethan's shiny hundred dollar bill!
• If so, should I skip choir rehearsal and shout the parents out for dinner? Only I think dad has bible study …

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 2281. Righteo, just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• For arvo tea I ate one yummy pear and drank one mug of peppermint tea. I also happily read some Eddings novel for one hour, before using the loo once and returning online.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa melon, lotsa some other vegetable I've since forgotten, one lil Chinese mushroom and some mincemeat.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup, before I took my bowl over to the sink and returned online. I also used the loo for one more tinkle @ 9am.
• Toms: a busy day! Early (like, 9am) eye test @ Garbo Bupa to see Rico.
• PIG mum says she wants to take me to buy pyjamas?
• Seeing Vincent the physio for a torture session @ midday. ><
• But won't see Aunty Ann for a comfy massage coz she's overseas; instead, Elizabeth's coming over for a meeting and coaching PIG mum and I on what to say when I have my NDIS meeting soon!

• Trust PIG mum to arrange for Claire to come gimme land physio sessions now that Winter's arriving and I'm refusing to endure any more blasted hydro for her. Idiot me caught another headcold, too: my head's aching again. >< Will give it till Friday to bugger off before resorting to any Panadol, though.
• Now @ 8;30pm, I've finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 6:45. That's today's quotas satisfied and I now promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms coz I've actually played one memorable game lasting 7:51!
• Back home, I took a nice hot shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Yay that Tina stayed after I called her in to please gimme some facewash and held the showerhead over my back to keep me warm, even though I had to ask her to hold the showerhead over my back coz after awhile she was more holding it on the side of the shower chair. XD

Potentially one final greeting for Monday! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1885 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm actually still owed FOURTEEN MINUTES online after I watch Seven's 6pm news! Anyways, potential final, final events for Monday?

• After dearest dad retucked the teddies and I back into bed, kissed me bye and left for his hard day's work, the teddies and I cuddled and snored, me waking for the pot :p one later, shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's entered my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with the crop top (blasted hydro ><) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to help with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• After getting myself a spoon, breakfast is one bowl of plain porridge but not with a slice of dry (unbuttered) toast; no, 'twas with one slice of CHEESECAKE that PIG mum had spent last night baking! Huge thanks to her who remember to not cause a ruckus while baking and letting me snore in peace. XD I also drink one full mug of water, pop all my usual drugs :P and drink one small half mouthful of milk. Oh, I also spend another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. • Breakfast finished, I walk myself slowly and safely to the loo, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and 
  finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• tHAT FINISHED, I WALK MYSELF SLOWLY AND SAFELY ONLINE, I walk myself slowly and safely to the loo, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Alyssa comes and gives Ela a session of OT. Even though I'm doing totally impractical movements with her, I don't really mind because (1) she lets me stay seated for the whole session and (2) she actually did bring me KFC! :D Two drumsticks that Ela held and fed me; luckily Alyssa let Era finish off the drumsticks cleanly else I'd have been eating those drumsticks all day! She ate one herself and practised being left-handed, although naturally she's right-handed like me. Also thanks to Alyssa who poured me one mug of milk to enjoy that with; I've hereby cancelled her 'um' debt and we can start again next time she comes. XD
• OT finished, I use the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely online, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• I happily watch Seven's morning news; all the reader's names, interesting surnames I found, vale of the Australian dollar and weather forecast for tomorrow are in some previous post.

• Come 2pm, PIG mum tootles me off for blasted hydrotherapy. I take heart, because Winter arrives and I'm not doing this seemingly-useless therapy for PIG mum anymore! Trust her to arrange for Clai - hopefully bbl!

Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ only 688 (going out next; promise I'll have a more substantial plodding total to report when I get home) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm still online  owed ONE HOUR and SEVENTEEN MINUTES online after I get home!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:05am, and after one pot :P trip I tried falling straight back asleep coz it's almost Winter and dearest dad doesn't leave for work until like 8am!
• Him walking silently along the hallway and unpopping the lock into the garage was my wake-up call to use the pot :P again, after which I spend ten minutes beginning  a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3649 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY-ONE MINUTES online for another day!! >< What a crummy end to an otherwise brilliant day … *sigh* Righteo, just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• Now @ 9;30pm, I've finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 5:01. That's tonight's quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Attended Bible study this morning. After the ten plagues, uncle William's now covering the exodus. When Bible study ended and PIG mum picked me up, he said sth like Pastor Chris and he suggested I see a psychiatrist to help me improve my social function?
• Had some morning tea then hauled myself upstairs and got my usual spot for ESS.
• Stayed seated for worship, sang everything I knew, plus the harmony for three songs but as usual, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
• Speaker today was Pastor Chris with another sermon from his Church Clothes series. Communion afterwards.
• Had a cheap lunch @ Maccas with the parents, did the fifteen minute hike with PIG mum.
• Went and saw the pokemon movie! :D That definitely needs a special blog post!
• Came home, showered - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• Had dinner @ the Sunnybank Sports and Community Club.
• Came home and continue doing HEP with PIG mum.
• Toms: presumably Alyssa's coming and giving Ela a session of OT.
• Fingers crossed I can watch Seven's morning news!
• Havinglunch with dearest dad @ home.
• Argh, Tina's coming @ 12:30pm, coming with to hydro then seeing me home and showered before leaving 2 3:30pm. Take heart, it's the last hydro before I break for Winter!

one final greeting and good evening for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 1742. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• I have one tinkle before I flip the nice hot water off, mostly dry myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helps me dry my back, both legs and Era), mostly cream myself (again, thanks to Kim who kindly helps me cream my back, both calves and Era) then mostly rekit myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helps me with Erf's sock, Elf's AFO and both laces). Then I use the loo for one tinkle, dry inside both ears, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• I do the cup practice with Kim; she also pours me one teacup of milk before I use the loo for one more tinkle and she leaves @ 4pm. Kim's back next Wednesday and taking me to choir rehearsal.
• I tootle happily online for awhile. PIG mum spoils the fun by waking from her long arvo nap (which stretched into night XD) and gleefully forcing me on my HEP for her. *sigh* Seriously, I'm not sure I can last these final three weeks … PIG mum's obviously having a blast; instead of fifty sit-to-stands today I did fifty-seven because she wouldn't accept seven! Honestly, everyday I've gotta practise my attitude of gratitude towards the cruel and unfaithful God and thank Him for just how easy PIG mum's life is for her. Sure, if you listened to her whinge, whine, complain, moan, groan and bitch, you'd think only she struggles, only she suffers, that she suffers the most, struggles the most and that my life is piss easy for me, coz I've got carers who do EVERYTHING for me. Oh, if only that were true! Yet I keep reminding myself to be thankful towards God that her life isso easy for her that when the phone rings, all she does is rush over and answer it; she's so eager to find out who she can yap @ she's even sprained her back in her haste to reach the phone. Not so for me; if the phone rings and it's not within reach, i'll prollylet it ring out, coz if I tried to get it and fell over, I'd be screwed then, won't I? Unable to get up... *sigh* Anyhow, I'm just proud that I completed everything and was back online before dearest dad returned home, meaning PIG mum didn't have the chance to show him how much pwer she's got over me, ha.
• When dadgets home, microwaves dinner and I summoned over, I use the loo for one tinkle before walking myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :p table, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Dinner tonight; rice, lotsa rather icky bean sprouts, lotsa some green vegetable, half a lil Chinese mushroom and some pork mince. Pity the parents gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell, but hey.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup before I walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• At 9pm, I walk myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Toms: just church, definitely nothing special. Would dearly love lunch with fellow ESS people afterwards, but expecting a cheap lunch @ Maccas with the parents. *sigh*
• Oh! The special thing can be that PIG mum's said she'll take me to see the real person Pokémon movie! We saw previews last month but I clean forgot about it until like two days ago!! Thankfully there are still sessions showing~
• Also, dad had better take PIG mum and I out for dinner toms night, if he'll not lemme out for lunch with ESS peers!

Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 1683. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• After my usual fifteen more minutes, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, Besta gets me kitted then I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Thanks to Besta who squirts me some toothpaste; Ela enjoys her other break this week.
• I use the loo for one more tinkle then head out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast. Thanks to dearest dad who's left me one, not half a ham and egg sandwich; thanks also to Besta who cooks the bread yummy, adds some cheese and makes me my first mug of white tea with two sugars.
• Happiness is reading for eighty minutes first up. This morning, I reach pg. 200 @ 9:56am, pg. 225 @ 10:26am and pg. 250 @ 10:55am. Oh, and I reach pg. 275 @ 11:35am.
• Can't remember when Besta takes me again to the loo, makes me another mug of tea and cooks lunch for me, but I keep reading, reaching pg. 300 @ 12:08pm and finishing the book @ 12:35 pm! Actually, after I read all the acknowledgements, it's 12:45pm, me having reached pg. 325 one minute earlier.
• Now @ 8:34pm I've finished one final game of Bejeweled lasting a memorable 7:08. Righteo, promise I'll not play again until toms. XD
• A 12:55pm, I use the loo once more for a few tinkles, then Kim arrives and tootles me off to the Logan Art gallery for Mr. Jay's concert!
• When we arrive Kim originally wants me to walk into the concert, but I point out reasonably that if that had been the case, the parents wouldn't have left Sparkless2 inside the boot and besides, how was I gonna get Mr. Jay's autograph if I had to stand and wait in line? Phew, Kim gets out Sparkless2 for me.
• The art gallery director introduces Mr. Jay and his concert starts @ like 2:04pm! Mr. Jay sings eleven/twelve songs; after each one, we the audience clap. Ela opens flat and Era gives her many claps, coz Mr. Jay's so awesome! I especially like it when his voice reaches the lower registers; it's really rich and full~
• Afterwards, I lined up for his autograph, Kim got me some arvo tea (first time I've seen a RED lamington!) and she tootled me home.
• So a nice hot shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. Kim said shower half fast and I did, but still had time to softly, slowly but most hatefully sing 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.

• For my first game of Bejeweled ending @ 5:30pm, I lasted 5:30. Now, lemme play one more game lasting in between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Now @ 5:37pm, I've finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 6:40. That's today's quotas satisfied, and I now promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Huh, I didn't get to start building an awesome sleep streak coz inconsiderate PIG mum went a-THUMPING around upstairs @ 12:05am! *sigh* She's working this morning; why couldn't she hit the sack earlier?? *sigh*
• Nature called again @ 6:10am; after another pot :P trip I spent the ten minutes till 6:20am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? • Once PIG mum hits me with the eye goo and leaves for her morning's work, dearest dad comes and retucks the teddies and I back into bed and promises to stay quiet before leaving us to snore in peace.

• For arvo tea I do the cup practice with Kim (guess we're outta bananas but luckily the pear was juicy and very soft) and drink one mug of peppermint tea. I also happily read Sam Thaiday's memoirs for one hour; think I'll finish the book before our next book club! As for Kim, after she cleans the bathroom she very gently and very sporadically massages Ela for around one hour whilst watching her mobile videos.
• Before Kim leaves @ 6pm I go and do a stinky unspeakable. She's back toms arvo and taking me to Mr. Jay's concert! Luckily, her shift doesn't end till four so she'll see me showered before leaving. But perhaps expect a pissy plodding total from me, coz I'm using Sparkless2 toms.
• Hence why Besta's coming really early, @ like 8am! Perhaps Daddy Bear will give her the Bear Bum because she's come hours earlier than usual and disturbed his beauty sleep. XD
• Will haveta do HEP with PIG mum toms night, when she wakes from her long arvo nap. I seriously hate it when she always times the HEP to coincide with when dearest dad arrives home from wherever he's gone; she just enjoys showing off to him how much power she's got over me and what a piece of sh*t I've become … >< *sigh*
• And fingers crossed dad will take PIG mum and I out for dinner somewhere toms night! It's always really dangerous when he waits until Sunday … what if sth suddenly comes up??

Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2750. Anyways, continuing events for tonight?

• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, 
  rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• After getting myself a spoon, breakfast is the last of PIG mum's yummy lil chocolate buns, one full mug of water, one bowl of plain porridge, all my usual drugs :P and one small half mouthful of milk. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• Thanks to PIG mum who lets Ji Young inside when she arrives, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door.
• At least Ji remembers I prefer getting all the hard stuff done first. After walking on the spot and leg exercises, she finally lets me sit and I continue doing all the exercises, until Ji's alarm goes off. Exercise time over, I head into my bedroom and Ji gives me a massage. Today she focuses on Era, who's really happy to feel Ji's firm ministrations. Best of all, I think Ji said that after my session with her next Thursday she'll take me to Momo's Chicken and Beer and we can eat fried chicken together!
• When she leaves I use the loo for one tinkle then sit and watch Seven's morning news. All the reader's names, interesting surnames I found and the weather forecast for toms are in some earlier post. XD
• News over, I walk myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• PIG mum cooks yeung chun noodles for lunch, with lotsa vegetables and a lil pork. Obviously, I get myself a spoon before sitting down.
• Lunch is washed down with some nice Chinese tea from PIG mum's friend, after which I use the loo for one more tinkle, turn on the alarm then get into the 4WD.
• PIG mum tootles us off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown. Of course, she gleefully forces me to buckle my own seatbelt all day, we listen to 97.3FM all day and today, Era helps Ela stretch for thirty minutes, before Ela opens and closes her palm about 200 times, holding each for a count of five Era also helps rub Ela's fingers for two/three minutes.
• At Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown, I complete my daily six minute hike and we buy groceries from Woolies.
• Then PIG mum tootles me to see Ray for some massage and acupuncture. She's in her element, obviously, yapping incessantly @ him; my grateful thanks to Ray who always replied and kept a conversation flowing.That finished, PIG mum tootled us home and I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Thanks to PIG mum who lets Kim inside when she announces her arrival two minutes early, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous hike to the front door.
• At 4pm, I walk myself slowly and safely to the bathroom, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• So a nice hot shower for me - I wash and rinse my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sing 25% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.

• The teddies and I cuddle and snore for another hour, dearest dad walking silently along the hallway and unpopping the lock into the garage being my wakeup call to use the pot :P once more.
• After he's kissed me bye, retucked the teddies and I back into bed and left for his hard day's work, we cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P once more shortly before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around. Soon, she's entered my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with only the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to help with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and 
  continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. Good afternoon again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2183 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after Kim minds me for two hours!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until like 6:45, and after one pot :p trip I spent the ten minutes till 6:55am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• At 3:56pm I've finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 5;28. Now, lemme play one more game lasting between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD

Heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 776 steps (obviously, I've not left the house yet); secondly, TWFT topic's 'The Word For Multi-taskers' and thirdly, the spam count for the week's twenty-three but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-FIVE MINUTES online after I get back home from seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage!! Good evening again and one final greeting for Thursday! Em's final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 1835. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• Yup, did a stinky unspeakable @ 9pm.
• oh, I'm such an IDIOT! The real people Pokémon movie came out !@ the beginning of this month; I clean forgot about it until I received an e-mail from Hoyts tonight!! Fingers crossed PIG mum'll take me to see it before it finishes!!!
• Toms: presuming Ji Young's coming to gimme a session of rehab therapy.
• Fingers crossed I'll get to watch Seven's morning news!
• Perhaps PIG mum'll take me out to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown and I can do my six minute walk and we can grab lunch somewhere before I see Ray for some massage and acupuncture?
• Kim's coming to mind me from 4pm till 6pm.
• Knights vs. Roosters toms … perhaps I'll watch that?

Good evening! Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 1687. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Now @ 7:45pm I've finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 7:08. Right, promise I'll not play again until toms. XD
• Aww, I'd enjoyed about half of Seven's 6pm news when dearest dad arrives home from his hard day's work. PIG mum IMMEDIATELY flies down from pigland, gleefully and immediately forces me offline then sets me to doing my HEP for her, so dad can see how much power she's got over me and what a piece of sh*t I've become. *sigh*
• Before dinner, I walked myself slowly and safely once to the loo for one tinkle and back,  rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. I'd taken advantage earlier of the fact that both parents had gone outside to lean against the benchtop and get myself a spoon. XD
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa little tong vegetable, lotsa carrot and strips of beef. Pity the parents gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell until I'd finished the soup, but hey.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup before I walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Maybe I'll do a stinky unspeakable when I visit the loo once more @ 9pm …
• Anyways, fingers crossed I can bbl with my final, final plodding total for Thursday, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Friday, else hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!

Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for today! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 1236. Aww, how come I couldn't have walked two fewer steps?? 1234 would've been a cooler plodding total! XD Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:45am, and after one pot :p trip I went straight back to sleep coz I was fairly sure I could wake and use the pot :P once more again before Kim arrived!
• Sleep doesn't return, so when PIG mum begins her usual a-THUMPING around upstairs @ 7:45am, I use the pot :p once more then spent the next ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* 
• Kim announces her arrival about three minutes early but wisely only says "Good morning Em; fifteen more minutes," and doesn't suggest I get up; thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD Actually, she returns thirty seconds too early and furious Daddy Bear wants to perform that action @ her, but she's spared coz she empties my pot :P first, thus sparing her his wrath. XD
• When she comes back, we get me kitted then I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Ela enjoys her first break this week~
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and 
  continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. • After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Thanks to Kim who'd gotten a spoon for me and turned Sunrise on for my viewing pleasure. Breakfast was the last of PIG um's chocolate buns, one full mug of porridge, all my usual drugs :P and one mouthful of milk 9thanks Kim). over breakfast, 
  I spent another ten minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• Around 9am, PIG mum sends us packing and Kim tootles me off to the Garbo library for GCCW.
• About fifteen people attend today. ken reminded me the group's custom is to use single quotation marks for speech, not double'. Thanks to Denise who helped me once to the bathroom and got me some morning tea during the break before leaving for work. Our next meeting isn't until three weeks' time and the homework topic's 'A Fight'. I'm thinking of searching through the Harry Potter fanfic I wrote before the cruel and unfaithful God so wantonly destroyed my life with the disabling brain tumour and finding a snippet I wrote of Harry fighting with someone before Snape mercifully kills him … 
• Afterwards, Kim takes me once to the loo then tootles us off to Ho lin Wah for lunch. Pity all the spots outside the restaurant are taken; Kim finds a park outside Cash Converters and I hike sideways to enter the restaurant.
• The waiter that recognises me just indicated to the nearest available booth seat then came and told me the set menus without bothering to bring over menus for us. XD I gave an immediate translation to Kim; today we both chose the 'A' meal, chicken pieces with creamy sauce and rice. Mine was with a hot HK-style milk tea (yay, since PIG mum wasn't present I got to put two sugars in it! XD); hers with a not-to-strong HK-style hot coffee. We're such regular customers the waiter remembers Kim's preference now! XD
• Hilarious thing: after we ordered, some lady entered and brought a lil dog with her! When the waiter brings over our set soup, I ask him quietly, "Um, since when were dogs allowed inside the restaurant?" The waiter grins and mutters sth inaudible, I go, "Ahh, shh?" and hold a finger to my lips. The waiter just gives a soft bark of laughter and nods. XD
• Back home, I turn off the alarm then take a nice hot shower -I wash and rinse my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sing 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Lol, before I start showering, Kim reports the garage won't shut; has the battery died? I ask her please to close and lock the side door then push the deadbolt too. 
• Suddenly, Aunty Emily rings! "Think you forgot to close your garage door; it's been open for ages!" She tells me. I thank her for her concern and explain our remote has perished but that the door's locked.
• I have one tinkle before I flip the nice hot water off, mostly dry myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helps me dry my back, both legs and Era), mostly cream myself (again, thanks to Kim who kindly helped me cream my back, both calves and Era) then mostly rekit myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helps with Erf's sock, Elf's AFO and both laces). Then I use the loo for one more tinkle, dry inside both ears, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• I pop online while Kim cleans the bathroom then sits to very gently and very sporadically massage Ela for about thirty minutes while watching her videos. She leaves @ 3:30pm after PIG mum gets home; me, I walk myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Arvo tea's one yummy banana and the 500ml oolong tea - oh, I forgot to tell you about that! See, after lunch Kim tootles me off to Just Soy Café thinking we'd get some tofu flower to celebrate my release day but it's like closed; instead we head back to The Sushi Train and she shouts me ice cream; green tea for me and mango for her! I notice survey forms on the bench and fill one out; when I hand the completed form to some passing waitress she gestures @ the fridge and says choose one!
• Before returning online, I use the loo for one more tinkle.
• Like I've said, would dearly love to have dinner out with the parents to celebrate eleven years since my release from the insane asylum, but doesn't look like that's gonna happen. *sigh* Never mind, will take my lunch out with Kim this arvo as the celebratory meal out, especially since Kim shouted me ice cream afterwards!
• Toms: I suppose Ji Young's coming to gimme a session of rehab therapy.
• Fingers crossed I'll get to watch Seven's morning news!
• Also fingers crossed PIG mum'll take me to some shopping centre for lunch and I can do my six minute hike for her then.
• Seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage toms arvo; bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. Seriously, for a person who 'claims' she's 'very quiet' she YAPS an awful lot! XD
• Kim's coming back to mind me from 4pm till 6pm.
• The knights and Roosters are playing toms night; guess i'll watch that once my PISSY two hours of net time allowed per day are up.

• Now @ 3;30pm I've finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 5:21. That's today's quotas satisfied, and I now promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD

• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Tomorrow's an even more important date: ELEVEN YEARS since I was released from the insane asylum!! :D
• Kim's coming @ 8am, helping me up and taking me to GCCW before having lunch with me @ Ho Lin Wah; I'm looking forward to my weekly cup of HK style milk tea! Too bad dad says only hot ones now … you get less. *sigh*
• Kim will see me showered before leaving @3:30pm.  Suppose I'll be doing my HEP with PIG mum after she leaves.
• Would dearly love to have dinner out with the parents toms night to celebrate my freedom date; if they refuse, fingers crossed I can find someone willing to take me out to dinner toms night! Baring that, guess I'll just be watching Thursday night footy … Eels vs. Panthers.

Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 2246 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Way You live Today' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm still owed TWENTY-TWO MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, just briefly, continuing today's events?

• Alyssa came and gave Ela a session of OT.
• Missed out on watching Seven's morning news coz I was composing my GCCW homework for toms!
• Nat came about five minutes late (bad traffic); mother yapped @ her for like ten minutes before letting her drive me out to the NAB.
• Physio today: barefoot Elf weightbearing, everting, standing weightshifting practice, about eight sit-to-stands, wrist flexion and holding cup for Ela and about eight laps walking.
• Came home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Nat who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. I've had help with the hairwash both today and yesterday, but I promise I'll resume washing my own hair toms!
• I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Nat rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was doing Elf's AFO straps and one last one when she was giving Wally back to Ela.
• Back outside, arvo tea was one yummy banana and one big of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey. I returned online, and before Nat left two minutes early, used the loo once more for two tinkles.
• At 4:30pm, Kim arrived and took me to choir practice. I told Mr. Jay that Kim and I were attending his concert this Saturday, would he sign autographs and could I be a screaming fangirl?? XD
• Shh, for supper tonight I had THREE Tim Tams! XD
• Kim left about three minutes early. She's back toms morning @ 8am and taking me to GCCW! Thanks to PIG mum who's already printed out my homework for me.
• Dinner tonight; rice, lotsa little tong vegetable, lotsa shaved carrot and a il pork mince. Pity that PIG mum gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell while I ate and afterwards, but hey.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowlful of soup, after which I walked myself slowly and safely online,  rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
