heylo again and good evening! firstly, em's new plodding total for monday now stands @ 2878 (which digi proudly reports also equals 640m or exactly forty-three kcal XD) and secondly, joni's devotional topic's "life ain't easy". righteo, continuing today's events?
-carol didn't arrive till like 4:16pm! when she announced her presence, i walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful god's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
-so a nice hot shower for me - i washed and rinsed my hair today. thankfully, we're past the worst of winter now and i don't haveta warm myself back up in between washing body parts.
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (carol helped only with my back and era), mostly creamed myself (again, carol only helped with my back and era) then mostly rekitted myself (carol helped only with elf's AFO). then i headed over to the loo for two tinkles, also leaning briefly against the side rail and softly, slowly and hatefully singing about 30% of my shorter second-favourite song, closing both eyes for all the important numbers.
-afterwards, i went over to wash and dry era before carol Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-arvo tea was the other half from my yummy lunch, plus one mug of refreshing mint green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-after cleaning the bathroom, carol turned on the news, sat and massaged ela for thirty minutes.
-before leaving around 6:15pm, carol took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. she'll be back on wednesday.
-alas, PIG mum's gleefully forcing me offline now to do goodness knows how long of crummy exercises for her. >< well, fingers crossed i can bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
