good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 1898 steps today (which digi proudly reports as also equalling 560m or 28.9kcal XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'you can carry god's presence with you (2)' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-ONE MINUTES online after carol leaves tonight!!! but noting down just quickly:
-i had an awesome sleep last night; nature didn't call until 6:20am.
-torture session with vincent the bloody physio. ><
-my first acupuncture session with dr. lin in two months! this med student, david, watched and asked questions.
-then mother and i had lunch @ mosburger!
-and back home, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to bring all the washing back inside.
-carol lockwood's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm.
-tonight, i'm planning to watch the next part of the bible documentary (if it's on)!
-toms: mid-morning torture session with vincent the bloody physio again, before aunty mecky comes to mind me for three hours then carol hart's coming to supervise my shower.
-righteo, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
