Wednesday Post 251c

Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 2137 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Real Halloween'. Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Dani came @ 8am to help me up. 
• First physio session for the day was with Vincent @ 11am: sat first go, then stood most session. Reaching for both arms, bending to floor about fifteen times for Ela to move object, leaning forward and standing on Erf's tippytoes for one minute.
• Came home and had leftovers for lunch before Dani took me to my 2nd physio session for the day @ UQ: thirty minutes using tower of power doing leg pushups for Elf, Ela holding, wrist extensions. Alas that I was unable to achieve Ethan's shiny hundred dollar bill, but he says I've made progress from last year and can still keep trying for his shiny hundred dollar bill next year, so here's to third time lucky!
• Came home, turned off the alarm and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Ashleigh (who's two years younger than me) who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• I had one tinkle before Ashleigh flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Ashleigh rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was doing Elf's AFO straps and one last when Ashleigh was giving Wally back to Ela.
• Back outside, afternoon tea was one packet of those bagel crisps and my second mug of white tea sweetened with two sugars.
• Before Ashleigh left, I used the loo once more for two tinkles. She's back next Wednesday.
• I tootled online until Kim came and tootled me off to choir practice! I finally learnt tonight that's it's not just called one Voice, but WITH one Voice. XD
• like last week, I apologised to Kim for being annoying and broke into a rendition of Ninety-Nine Bottles of Beer On The Wall to warm-up@ 4;45pm. XD
• Before rehearsal commenced, I thanked Cathy for getting someone to fix the disabled toilet 'lock' function and sheepishly confessed that i'd forgetten her hubby's name. Cathy laughed, saying, "It's Jay." I asked her, "Like the letter 'j'?' She was like, yuyp! XDCheers,
