good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 2882 steps today and secondly, TWFT topic's 'healing for your grief' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTY MINUTES online after lisa pear and i get back home from toastmasters!!! >< but today, i9 had a torture session with vincent the bloody physio, pincushion practice then lunch @ the calamvale chinese and BBQ restaurant; tonight, lisa and i are going to toastmasters then toms i've got another torture session with vincent the bloody physio, aunty mecky will spend three hours with me before carol comes to supervise my shower. and it's ice-cream night toms night! righteo, fingers crossed i can bbl hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
