Friday Post 342

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3195 steps (ha, I'm over three grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Let Goods And Kindred Go'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Feed Your Mind Good Stuff'; fourthly, TWFT topic's "The Story Isn't Over" fifthly, the actual spam count for the weekend's actually eighteen and sixthly, the spam count for the week's thirty-nine. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:30am, and after one pot :P I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* 
• Nature usually calls hourly after the initial morning pot :P trip but happiness was snoring soundly all the way until dearest dad very thoughtfully walked silently along the hallway and unpopped the lock into the garage before waking for another pot :P trip.
• After dearest dad kisses me bye, retucks me back into bed and leaves for his hard day's work, PIG mum comes and hits me with the eye goo coz Peggy's coming and taking me to the NAB for physio @ 8am. After she gets here, she stands @ the door, says good morning and asks fifteen more minutes? Since Uber's not keeping me company currently (he sits elsewhere when I've got my monthlies lest I accidentally stain him) I give Peggy the thumbs up before showing her the 'shoo' motion. Peggy just smirks and wisely retreats. XD
• When she comes back, I use the pot :P for three more tinkles, we get me kitted and I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted me some toothpaste; Ela enjoyed her second consecutive morning break~ Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, ask Peggy please to remove the pull-up pants, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table.
• Breakfast is one bowl of the yummier (flaky) bird blood (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Thanks to Peggy who turns on Sunrise for my viewing pleasure; over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into Peggy's passenger seat and she tootles me off to the NAB for physio. Thanks to her who kindly helps me with my seatbelt both ways; she even turns her radio (B105) and tells me to increase the mobile volume when I start playing Jewel Hunters! I only pass one level during the drive there, though. XD
• I use the loo once before entering the NAB; aiya, like I told PIG mum so, today's my last day with Georgie and I forgot to bring her chocolate! ><"
• Physio today: Stepping for Erf, left weightshifting, four rounds clock yourself with colour and two with half clock, eighteen laps long hallway walking. Georgie even gave me a Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar before I left; once back inside Peggy's car after another loo trip, I immediately asked her to open the chocolate for me; chances are PIG mum wouldn't have lemme eat it all had I brought it home. XD
• Took a nice hot shower when I got home - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• After getting dried, creamed and rekitted, we headed out to the gobbling :P table where Peggy immediately made me one mug of white tea with two sugars then for lunch I munched a yummy tuna in tomato and onion toastie buttered, with one slice of cheese and cut into two rectangles! While she went and cleaned the bathroom, I kept playing Jewel Heroes; today I've passed six levels!
• PIG mum arrived home @ 2pm and signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes. She's not back next Friday coz I'm going on our small group retreat!
• Tiff came and gave Ela one hour of functional hand exercises. Next fortnight we're making some kinda potato bake?
• Once I've used up my two most important hours of the day, I'll ask PIG mum for some arvo tea and will read till 5:50, when I'll visit the loo for two tinkles and then watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 151ST time!
• Toms: getting my weekly sleep-in till 10am, when Nisha minds me till 2pm. Will shower with her before she leaves since I don't get 4-6pm support anymore.
• Looking forward to my three big mugs of white tea with two sugars and fingers crossed for the chance to read for three hours toms! Yay I've almost finished the unpleasant book club novel, phew!
• Anyways, hopefully bbl else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
