Tuesday Post 387d

 Good afternoon again! Em's new plodding total for Tuesday mow stands @ 3315. Righteo, continuing events for today?

• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• When David arrives to gimme physio, he's bought along a student: Chris, who's 192CM tall and only four months my junior!
• Physio today: ten minutes treadmill walking 0.8km/hr, reaching for Ela and Era (fifty each), ten minutes standing practice and twenty laps hallway walking.
• After they leave, I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who helps me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• I have one tinkle before Hannah flips the nice warm water off, get dried, get creamed and have another tinkle. When Hannah rekits me, I have one more tinkle when she's helping with Erf's AFO straps and one last when she gives Wally back to Ela.
• When Hannah went to clean the bathroom, I stood @ the stove and cooked yeung chun noodles with PIG mum!
• After lunch, I returned online and Hannah very gently massaged Ela until I signed her off @ 2pm. She's not back till next Monday.
• PIG mum tootled me off to see Aunty Ann for a comfy massage. Of course, she gleefully forced me to buckle my own seatbelt both ways, we listened to 97.3FM both ways and today, Era helped Ela stretch for thirty minutes before Ela opened and closed her palm @ least 150 times, holding each for a count of five.
• At Aunty Ann's, I used the loo for one tinkle before lying down for a comfy massage. PIG mum was in her element, yapping ceaselessly @ Aunty Ann; my sincere thanks to her who always replied and kept a conversation going.
• Oh! Almost forgot! Before seeing Aunty Ann we stopped @ Vincent the physioo's and gave them four of the chicken buns we'd made! Dunno why PIG mum has forbidden me from Whatsapping Kat jie jie about it over Whatsapp but hey, I'll just tell her through Facebook Messenger.
• After one more loo trip, PIG mum tootled us home and I returned online.
• Heading over to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea and reading next; hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 114TH time!
• Toms: Neisha's not coming until 4-6pm and I'm not seeing Ray for acupuncture and massage until the arvo ... perhaps expect a pissy plodding total from me?
• Joining choir practice from 5:30pm till 6:30pm.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
