God afternoon! Firstly, today I’ve been hard @ work plodding only 871 steps and secondly, TWFT topic’s “God’s Remedy For Depression” but thirdly and way most importantly, I’m still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES online after PIG mum gets home and I let her nab half my arvo tea!! Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight1 em’s final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1879. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• It’s ice cream night tonight, yay! Like I say every week, a very little’s better than none @ all!
• Toms: it’s my fortnightly shopping trip out! Only Kim’s not free, and Elizabeth only found someone to take me out this arvo … not only that, since I was idiotic enough to not only resprasin my ankle not once but TWICE in the fortnight since my last shopping trip, PIG mum’s letting me use Sparkless3 again1 :D Will definitely very much enjoy my shopping trip toms and will remember to happily windowshop like crazy!!
• Also hope this carer taking me toms eats Chinese… I need my fortnightly dose of HK-style milk tea …XD
• Would be fantastic if dad could take us out for dinner but that’s doubtful; planning instead to watch the Cowboys vs. Cowboys vs. Tigers game~

Good evening1 firstly, Em’s new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1811 and secondly, Joni’s devotional topic’s ‘They Only Seem To Be Weaker’. Anyways, let’s just quickly finish off last night’s events first!

• Two full tables @ the Korean BBQ place tonight; originally only the seat to my right was empty and I was kinda afraid I’d have nobody would come sit beside me, but phew, Charlie only arrived late and now I had someone sit beside me`
• I ordered this pork cutlet with rice only the plate came covered with curry, eww1 luckily, Olivia kindly scraped most of it away for me~
• After dinner, we all headed over to Sweet Treats for dessert but wtf why was it already closed?! Still, Matt declared he was still hungry, needed more to eat and so everyone went next to the Warrigal Square Maccas.
• Olivia bought me an oreo cookies McFlurry with chocolate then Leonard refused to lemme pay for it! XD I also payedSupreme Leader for dinner but gained likwe sixty cents coz he didn’t have correct change ; will try asking PIG mum for some coins next time.
• Back home, repeat the usual nightly events, zzz~
• Today: yay, awesome sleep last night1 nature didn’t call until 8am~
• Alyssa came and gave Ela a session of OT.
• Enjoyed watching Seven’s morning news. All the things I usually note down are in some earlier post.
• Nat took me to the NAB. Physio today: Almost fifteen minutes on tilt table, weight bearing for Elf, stepping for Erf, weightshifting and forty-five sit-to-stands.
•  Came home, turned alarm off and took a nice hot shower – hairwash today. Also thanks to Nat who kindly rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Nat rekitted me, I had one more tinkle when she was doing Elf’s AFO straps and one last one when she was giving Wally back to Ela.
• Arvo tea was one TINY banana (I finished the thing with two bites!), two milk arrowroot bikkies and one big mug of white tea with two sugars.
• I returned online briefly and used the loo once for two tinkles before Nat left.
• Kim drove me to choir rehearsal 2 4:30. She got mehome 2 7:45pm and left, meaning I’m not signing her off for this shift. She’s back Friday 4-6pm.
• After getting myself a spoon, dinner tonight was rice, lotsa yummy kalian and a lil bit of delicious chicken. Pity that the parents gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell, but hey.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup, after which Ela IMMEDIATELY released the dumbbell and I walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Anyways, hopefully bbl following one more loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what’s happening toms, else hope everyone’s having a smashing week!

Good afternoon! Firstly, Em’s new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1446 but secondly and way more importantly, I’m still owed THIRTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after Nat leaves @ 4:15pm!! Righteo, just briefly, last night’s events first?’

• After one more loo trip @ 6:55pm, Olivia and Leonard came to pick meup around 7pm for our group social!
• At 4:11pm I’ve finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 5:48. Now, lemmwe play one more game of Bejeweled lasting between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Now @ 4:29pm I’ve finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 6:52. That’s today’s quotas satisfied and now I promise t willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to pklay again till toms, coz I’ve actually played one more game lasting 7:581

XD Firstly, my final, final plodding total from Tuesday's actually 3053 (ha, I'm just over three grand XD); secondly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 405 steps (coz obviously, I've not left the house yet) thirdly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's "It's Not Our Strength" and fourthly, TWFT topic's 'Consecrate Yourselves To God" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-THREE MINUTES online after I watch Seven's morning news!! Tuesday Post 284b

Heylo again, good evening and probably one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em’s probable final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 2520 (ha, I’m just over 2.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni’s devotional topic’s but thirdly and way most importantly, I’m really still owed TWENTY-FOUR MINUTES online when I get back from our small group social tonight!! *sigh* Righteo, just super-briefly probable final, final events for tonight?

• Now @ 6;15pm I’ve finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 5:06. That’s today’s quotas satisfied and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms, coz I’ve actually played one more memorable one lasting 7:52!
• Did a stinky unspeakable before seeing Vincent the bloody physio for my weekly torture session. Physio today: four attempts to walk into room then OMG a SEATED session! Reaching for both hands and grasping for Ela, pronation.
• Aunty Deana and Aunty Emily (her sister-in-law) took me out for a quick dumpling lunch!
• Saw Aunty Ann for a comfy massage~
• Annie minded me from 4pm till 6pm. Before she left, istood up and hugged her bye coz she’s going on placement now and has therefore switched to like casual relief for CODA.
• Leonard and Olivia are picking me up for our small group social around 7pm! :D
• Toms: perhaps expect a pissy plodding total from me?
• Think Alyssa’s coming to give Ela a session of OT toms.
• Hoping to watch Seven’s morning news!
• Nat’s coming 2 12:15pm and letting PIG mum yap 2 her for fifteen minutes before driving me to the NAB for physio. She’ll see me showered and fed with arvo tea before leaving @ 4;15pm.
• Kim’s taking me to choir @ 4;30pm. Not sure what we’ll sing now that the big concert’s finished …
• Still haven’t found a way to persuade PIG mum to lemme join the monthly dinners the choir has … *sigh*

Tuesday Post 284

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I’ve been hard @ work plodding 1551 steps (ha, I’m just past 1.5 grand XD) and secondly, TWFT topic’s ‘Are You Feeling Threatened?’ but thirdly and way most importantly, I’m really still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES online when I get home after seeing Aunty Ann1! Anyways, events for today?

• Aww, my current awesome  sleep streak ended @ 12:20/12:40am this morning when my idiot bladder nudged me awake and demanded  use the pot. :p pity, I’d hoped to get another week of awesome sleeps coz I’d slept through Saturday!
• Nature called again around 6:30am, and after another pot ;p trip I spent the ten minutes till 6:40am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• At 1;25pm I’ve finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 6;39. Now, lemme finish one more lasting in between five and six minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD

Monday Post 284c

Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight1 Em’s potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1052. Hey, that’s not bad, considering I’ve not left the house today! XD Anyways, events for today?

• For my first game of Bejeweled ending @ 4:44pm, I lasted 5:55. Now, lemme finish one more game lasting between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Yay, 2^nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature did try poking me awake @ 12:05am and say ‘use the pot’ :P, but I managed to persuade her to lemme fall back asleep. She then tried ordering me to go again when the sky had lightened but the Sun hadn’t fully risen, but again I refused, first counting to 500 then singing half of my original second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully out aloud. Checking the clock again, I could just make out the time as 6:20am and I finally went. XD
• After the pot :P trip, I spend the ten minutes until 6;30am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

• Did a stinky unspeakable after breakfast.
• First session: Alyssa gave Ela OT. Thankfully, ‘twas a seated session today~
• Enjoyed watching Seven’s morning news.
• Had some Chinese pasta that resembles fettucine for lunch.
• Tina arrived only one minute late to mind me for three hours!
• Took a nice hot shower – I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, today I was all done only after 11%, but happily leaned against the right side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling for Tina.
• After I flipped the nice hot water off, I got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. When Tina rekitted  me, I had one more tinkle when she was doing Elf’s AFO straps and one last when she was giving Wally back to Ela.
• Back outside, arvo tea was strawberries and one mug of peppermint tea.
• Claire arrived and gave me a session of physio. Physio today: ten sit-to-stands, weightshifting, toe flexion laps walking along hallway, shoulder flexion and standing practice.
• When she left, I used the loo for another tinkle then sat and read for like another twenty-four minutes, taking my total reading time up to one hour. Good timing, Tina left just when I’d reached reading for one hour1
• One more loo trip for me before ireturned online.
• Hoping to watch Seven’s 6pm news tonight!
• Toms: mid-morning torture session with Vincent the bloody physio. >< Stress abounds …
• But it’s been changed to happen early and not @ midday coz Aunty Deana’s supposed to be taking me out for our belated birthday meals! Aren’t I ‘seet dai’ (say that in Canto): we were meant to eat out once together for my birthday (March) but Aunty Deana was super-busy then her good friend came visiting from overseas for @ least one month and just like I suspected: PIG mum’s said to mergethe two celebratory meals together, meaning I onlyget to eat out once instead of twice! ><
• Still, I’m looking forward to seeing Aunty Ann for a comfy massage; as for PIG mum, I’m sure she’s absolutely DYING to yap ceaselessly for the whole hour @ Aunty Ann. XD
• Hmm, myroster says TBA for who’s coming to mind me from 4pm till 6pm toms … will haveta chase Elisabeth toms.
• Because toms night we’rehaving our small group social! I had to sit out the last two coz I was too effing disabled to join in, but this time we’re just having dinner together1 Leonard and Olivia say they can take me; fingers crossed we can have dessert afterwards too! Wow, it’ll be the 4th time this year I get both lunch and dinnerout; aren’t I lucky?? Actually, PIG mum’s far more lucky than me: she getslunch and dinner out EVERY TUESDAY!1

Good afternoon1 firstly, today I’ve been hard @ work plodding 1348 steps; secondly, TWFT topic’s ‘Leave A Legacy’ and thirdly, the spam count for the weekend’s fourteen. Anyways, events for today?

• At 3:04pm I’ve finished one game of Bejeweled lasting 5:49. Now, lemme play one more game of Bejeweled lasting between six and seven minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Yay, awesome sleep last night1 nature didn’t call until PIG mum began her daily aTHUMPING around upstairs, which prompted a pot :P trip from me. Actually, I was I that ‘aware but not awake’ stage before she began?
• PIG mum came to hit me with theeye goo and help me with only the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly indepently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilst doing so, I also spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• PIG mum comes back to help with literally nothing bar Elf’s AFO straps and both laces (I do all the lifting myself) before I let her gleefully FORCE L me to walk to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle before remembering I’d intended to do a stinky unspeakable this morning so walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Now @ 3:59pm I’ve finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 6;23. That’s today’s quotas satisfied, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms, coz I’ve actually played one more memorable game lasting 7:4!! But spent most of my most important two hours playing, so the rest of today’s events briefly?
• Did a stinky unspeakable before going to church.
• Seven students attended Bible study today; Uncle William also gave me this mental health questionnaire he wants me to fill out for him by next Sunday.
• Attended ESS. Sat for worship, sang everything I knew plus the harmony for two songs.
• Speaker was some guy with a PhD. His sermon was about faith.
• After communion, went and had a cheap lunch with the parents @ the Warrigal Square Maccas. Uncle Wallace joined us; I happily read the Sunday mail.
• Came home, had a tinkle then popped online. PIG mum iced Elf for me.
• Planning to watch the Broncos replay now!
• Dad had better take us out for dinner tonight even though I’d planned to watch the Australian Ninja Warriorgrand final!
• Toms: perhaps expect a pissy plodding total from me? Not sure I’m going out, see.
• Alyssa’s giving Ela a session of OT in the morning.
• Will have lunch with dad @ home.

Saturday Post 284

Good evening! Firstly, today I’ve been hard @ work plodding 1331 steps; secondly, TWFT topic’s ‘strive For Intimacy In Your Marriage’ and thirdly, Joni’s devotional topic’s ‘To Wait On The Lord’ but fourthly and way most importantly, I’m really still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY MINUTES online after I let PIG mum boot me off to bed @ 9:45pm11 >< But just noting that Kim had a TWELVE hour shift with me today coz we went out to Southbank for the big Help Is On Its Way Concert! Had a disappointingly tiny burger with chips for lunch @ Burger Urgeand Kim shouted me a hot chocolate~ Concert was great; we were the grand finale act! Had a small crispy chicken wrap for dinner from Maccas and it’s just church toms, definitely nothing special. Well, the special thing for me’s that I’m starting term three Bible study; I missed last week coz I was @ the rehearsal! Would love lunch out with ESS peers but resigned to a cheap lunch with the parents @ Maccas, then a stressful arvo 2 the hands of PIG mum. *sigh* Only I’m not sure I wanna eat dinner out with the parents toms night coz it’s the AustraLIAN Ninja warriorgrand final! Anyways, hope to see everyone @ church toms!

Friday Post 285f

Good evening again! Em’s new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 1844. Anyways, continuing tonight’s events?

• When dad summoned me over for dinner, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

·        Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy broccoli, lotsa soup carrot and tomato, two chunks of salmon and three delicious slices of BBQ chicken. Pity that the parents gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell until I’d finished drinking the soup, but hey. I’m just thankful I was spared from getting spoons before meals today~

·        Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup, after which I got cranky with dad for holding Ela onto the dumbbell even AFTER I was finished.

·         But then I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

·        Anyways, fingers crossed I can bbl shortly after 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for the night, the final, final spam count for the weekend plus what’s happening Saturday, else hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!

Friday Post 285e

Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em’s potential final, final plodding total for Friday’s 1737 and secondly, the potential final, final spam count for the week’s forty. Righteo, potential final, final steps for tonight?

• After the initial pot :P I immediately went straight back to sleep coz I remembered dearest dad would leave for work @ 8am.

Sure enough, considerate dad walking silently down the hallway one hour later and unpopping the lockinto the garage was my wakeup call to use the pot :P again, after which I spent the ten minutes till 8am beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

• Once dearest dad had kissed me bye, retucked Shirley and I back into bed and left for his hard day’s work, Shirley and I cuddled and snored, me waking once more for the pot :P when PIG mum began her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs.
  Soon, she’d let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with only the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to help only with Elf’s AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE L me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela).
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After washing and drying Era, I walked myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Breakfast was one bowl of plain porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one small half-mouthful of milk. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• Thanks to PIG mum who lets Darcie inside when she announces her arrival, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door. Thanks also to PIG mum who told Darcie to lemme remain seated for today’s exercises on account of Elf’s sprained ankle.
• Once that was done, I walked her to the front door, used the loo for one tinkle then popped online to watch Seven’s morning news. All the things I usually record are in some previous post. Poor PIG mum suddenly rang and said she’d be late home coz Kelvin Leung told her she needed her tooth pulled! O_o
• When she got home and summoned me over for lunch, I walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table after using the loo for one more tinkle, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Lunch was one slice of butterless toast with some avocado spread on top but no salt and washed down with one mug of that ginger infusion hot water.
• Afterwards, I climbed into the 4WD and PIG mum tootled me off to see QRay for some acupuncture and massage. Of course, she gleefully forced me to buckle my own seatbelt all day, we listened to 97.3FM all day too and Era helped Ela stretch for thirty minutes before Ela opened and closed her palm 200 times, holding each for a count of five. Era also helped rub Ela’s fingers for two/three minutes.
• After using the loo for two tinkles and bidding hello to the failure popcorn light, I lay down and got some acupuncture and massage from Ray. PIG mum was obviously in her element; despite just having a tooth extracted she still managed to yap ceaselessly @ Ray. XD My grateful thanks to Ray who always replied and kept a conversation going.
• That done, I used the loo for one more tinkle, said bye to Ray and climbed back into the car.  PIG mum tootled us home.
• Back home, I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Thanks to PIG mum who let Kim inside when she announced her arrival one minute early, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door myself. Me, I walked myself slowly and safely to the bathroom, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• So a nice hot shower for me – I washed and rinsed my own hair today.  also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 23% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped me dry my back, both legs and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, thanks to Kim who kindly helped me cream my back, both calves and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (THANKS TO Kim who kindly helped me with Erf’s sock, Elf’s AFO and both laces). Then I used the loo for one more tinkle, dried inside both ears, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back out to the gobbling :P table, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Arvo tea was one yummy pear and one mug of peppermint tea. Happiness was reading The Lazarus Child for one hour and still get to watch nearly the entire sports report. I reached page fifty @ 5:27pm, BTW.
• At 5:55pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle then back online, always rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• T oms: prolly expect a super-pissy plodding total from me, coz even though I’m going out, I’ll be using Sparkless31 See, it’s our big Help Is On Its Way concert, hence why Besta’s not coming toms. Kim’s coming @ like 8am to help me up, then taking me to our concert and I think we’re there all day! Personally I’m just more worried about what’s for meals. XD Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner, else hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!

Good afternoon again! Firstly, Em’s new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 1546 (ha, I’m just over 1.5 grand XD) but secondly and way more importantly, I’m still owed TEN MINUTES online after Kim minds me for two hours!! Anyways, events for today?

• Now @ 3:43pm, I’ve finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 5:02. That’s today’s quotas satisfied, and now I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD Actually, I further promise not to play again until toms, coz I’ve also played one more memorable game lasting 7:23!
• Woo hoo, 7^th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that’s the 14^TH time this year I’ve scored one straight week of awesome streaks, which shows I’m still on par to match the incredible record I set last year! :D True, despite my praying to God last night please not to send the noisy garbage truck THUNDERING down the road to start tipping bins until the Sun had risen enough that I could see the clock, the cruel and unfaithful God was obviously feeling spiteful coz He gleefully sent the trucks coming WHILE ‘TWAS STILL TOTALLY DARK; so early there wasn’t even a *hint*  of sunrise yet! Still, I rose above his near-overwhelming hatred and while sleep didn’t return, I counted till 500 then silently, slowly but most hatefully sang my original second-favourite song halfway through before checking the clock again. Phew, I could see the time was then 6:50am and used the pot :P once then.

One final greeting and good evening for tonight! According to Wally, apparently my final, final plodding total for Thursday’s now 1713 although I’ve not walked since I logged 1530 steps in. XD I suppose Wally got excited while I awkwardly transferred myself between Sparkless3 and toilet without the AFO. XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm, I wheeled myself once more to the loo for one tinkle and back online. Yes, transferring to toilet and back into Sparkless3 was awkward but luckily only took one minute more than usual.
• Toms: seriously, I’ve asked God since the beginning of Autumn when the Sun starts rising later and later could He please not send the noisy garbage truck THUNDERING down our road and tipping bins until AFTER the Sun has risen fully enough so I can properly see the time only clock? It’s my final chance to collect one more week of awesome night’s sleeps and thus stay on par with the incredible streak I achieved last year only the cruel and unfaithful God seems to delight in sending the garbage truck thundering down earlier and earlier! Like, originally the sky was lightening but last week ‘twas absolutely still pitch black! >< Well, should He spitefully again send the garbage truck roaring down before daybreak, I’ll haveta try my best to rise above His near-overwhelming hatred and coax myself to fall back asleep. *sigh*
• Would be fantastic where PIG mum allow me to use Sparkless3 toms morning but I’m not THAT lucky. XD
• Think Darcey’s coming to gimme a session of rehab therapy. Wish she wouldn’t but if she does, she’d better lemme do exercises whilst seated coz I’m still sporting a sprained ankle!
• Would also love to watch the morning news but think I’ve gotta accompany PIG mum to see the dentist?
• Not sure what that means for lunch … but I’ll state that I’m only willing to turn the alarm on once per day.
• Seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage toms early arvo; bet PIG mum’s simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD

Good evening again! Just noting down that Joni’s devotional topic’s ‘Walk Through It’ and continuing tonight’s events?

• When dearest dad summoned me over for dinner, I awkwardly used the loo for one tinkle then wheeled myself over to the gobbling :P table.
• Sweet; huge thanks to dearest dad who got me a spoon; every month I only hope for one day when I don’t haveta get myself cutlery for meals for one whole day; this is @ least the second/third time it’s happened this month although unfortunately it’ll end since Bible study has resumed.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa I’ve clean forgotten which vegetable, some salmon, one slice of egg and two delicious slices f BBQ chicken. Pity that dad gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell, but hey.
• Now @ 8:46pm I’ve finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 8:50pm. Right, promise I’ll not play again until toms. XD
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup, after which I was ready to return online but for dad insisting I watch television coz I’d stared @ the computer screen for ‘too long’. Huh, fine, I told him I’d stare @ the television until kickoff; he grumbled that I should transfer to the couch and watch until halftime before returning online but since I was already obediently staring @ the television screen he lemme be, phew. While waiting kickoff, I softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 12% of my newest second-favourite song out aloud, closing the left eye for all the important numbers.
• The moment the whistle blew game on, I wheeled myself back online.
• Fingers crossed I can brb after one more loo trip @ 9pm (it’ll prolly take longer than the usual three minutes, because it’s quite awkward transferring sans AFO) with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what’s happening Friday,  else hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!

Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for today! Em’s potential final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 1530. Ha, I’m just over 1.5 grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

·        Yay, 6^th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn’t call what until what I thought was 6:50am so after what I thought was one pot :P trip I immediately tried falling back asleep coz dearest dad usually left for work during Winter around 7:50am!

·        Only while I was counting myself back to sleep, dad came to kiss me bye before leaving for his hard day’s work? A quick check of the clock again: oops, this morning actually called @ 7:50am not 6:50am! XD

·        Now @ 5:51pm I’ve finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 5:59. That’s today’s quotas satisfied and now I promise to hit the sack willingly tonight. But whoops, I had so much fun playing Bejeweled I lost track of the time! XD Just briefly, then:

·        Kim took me to the Garbo library for GCCW. About thirteen attended, and guess what? Today was the new Garbo library’s first birthday! We were invited out for cake, there was a live orchestra performing (I thought they were incredible coz they performed sans conductor but didn’t speed up!) and even some boring councillor to give a speech! XD Homework for the next meeting’s ‘cake’; I look forward to entertaining everyone with my birthday cake dramas over the last two/three years! XD

·        Kim drove me to Woka Warrigal to meet Pastors Chris and Grace for lunch~

·        Got home, turned off alarm and took a nice hot shower – I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song slowly, softly but most hatefully out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all done after singing 14% but happily leaned against the right side rail and sang for another tinkle before calling for Kim. XD

·        After getting dried, creamed and rekitted, I used the loo for one more tinkle, dried inside both ears and then transferred back into Sparkless3! See, after showering, Kim inspected Elf before declaring that she was ‘medium swollen’ and didn’t want me weightbearing further on her until PIG mum had taken a looksee. Personally, I didn’t mind: yes, there was a slight, if distinct ‘ow’ from Elf whenever she took a step but it wasn’t like the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk.

·        Perhaps I’ll watch Thursday night football tonight? Sharks vs. Cowboys .. I’ll cheer for the Cowboys coz they’re Queenslanders but I’ll not mind should the Sharks win coz they wear blue. XD

·        Toms: think Darcey’s coming and giving me a session of rehab therapy? If she does, she had better lemme stay seated to do the exercises for her; I’m still sporting a slightly sprained ankle here!

·        But I vaguely remember PIG mum has a dentist appointment? Not sure if I’m going with her; if not, expect a pissy plodding total from me.

One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em’s final, final plodding total for tonight now apparently stands @ 1803; not bad, considering I’ve not left the house toay! XD I’m going out toms; should the plodding total I login toms night be LESS than the one for tonight I’ll really laugh my head off! XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

·        At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

·        Toms: I’m accompanying PIG mum to see the eye doctor. PIG mum says she’ll poke me with fifteen more minutes @ 8:30.

·        Hopefully we’ll buy groceries/sth afterwards and not return home, coz I’m only willing to turn the alarm on once a day.

·        Midday torture session with Vincent the bloody physio. >< Stress abounds …

·        Fingers crossed PIG mum’ll take me for a yummy lunch somewhere!

·        I’m looking forward to seeing Aunty Ann for a comfy massage; bet PIG mum’s looking forward to yapping ceaselessly @ her. XD

·        Annie’s coming to mind me @ 4pm and taking me to Toastmasters afterwards! Fingers crossed PIG mum’ll lemme buy some dinner home from Maccas; never mind that Happy Meals were what I had surely MORE THAN TWO DECADES ago!! *sigh*

Good evening again! Em’s new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1744. Anyways, continuing tonight’s events?

• Had great fun watching Seven’s news; after it ended and the parents summoned me over for dinner, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle before joining them @ the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

·        After getting myself a spoon (meaning I’ve had to get myself cutlery all three meals today), dinner was rice, lotsa dearest dad’s home-grown beans and little tong chicken and two lil chunks of PIG mum’s yummy meat brisket. Pity the parents gleefully forced poor Ela to hold onto the dumbbell, but hey.

·        After dinner, I crashed on the couch to watch Australian Ninja Warrior! The parents eventually joined me on the sofa; I only returned online when they both left.

·        Anyways, fingers crossed I can brb after one more loo trip with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what’s happening toms, else hope everyone has a smashing Tuesday!

Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em’s potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1528. Lol, for someone who’s not left the house today, passing 1000 steps, let alone 1500, isn’t bad! XD Righteo, potential final, final events for Monday?

• Yay, 3^rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn’t call until 6:55am and after one pot :P trip I immediately tried falling back asleep coz dearest dad would leave for his hard day’s work one hour later!
• Sleep didn’t fully return, but when dearest dad came to kiss me bye and retuck Shirley and I back into bed before leaving for his hard day’s work, I use the pot :P again then spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Shirley and I cuddle and snore for another hour, me waking to use the pot :P once more when PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around. Soon, she’s let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me with only the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to help with only Elf’s AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE L me to walk to the bathroom to brush teeth (poor Ela). Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• After getting myself a fork, breakfast is one small slice of that yummy orange cake recently baked, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one small half-mouthful of milk. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• Thanks to PIG mum who lets Alyssa inside when she announces her arrival around ten minutes late, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door myself. Thanks also to dearest dad who found the portable keyboard stacked high up in the garage somewhere, Ela had great fun playing today. I’ll prolly say this whenever she has a chance to play the keyboard, but I really enjoy the time whenever I get to play the piano, only it also makes me so terribly sad to see how the cruel and unfaithful God has reduced me so … like, I obviously wasn’t amazing or anything but I wasn’t half bad, honest … still, I’ll be damned before I let Him take away my love of playing the piano! >< *sigh*
• After that session, I used the loo for one tinkle then tootled briefly online for myself before watching Seven’s morning news. All the reader’s names, interesting surnames I found, value of the Australian dollar and weather forecast for tomorrow are in some earlier post.
• Once the morning news was over, I used the loo for another tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, again rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• After getting myself a fork, lunch is some tasteless leftover noodles, washed down with a mug of the green tea Ray gave us.
• OMG, Tina actually arrived two minutes EARLY today!
• I headed into the bathroom for my nice hot shower – I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was done after 15% but happily leaned against the right side rail and sang for another tinkle before calling for Tina.
• I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. I didn’t tinkle again when Tina rekitted me, which made me believe I’d do a stinky unspeakable before the day was out.
• Back outside, arvo tea was one yummy banana and one mug of peppermint tea.
• Tina let Claire inside when she arrived. Physio today: twelve laps hallway walking, stepping for Erf @ stairs, about fifteen sit-to-stands, hips forward and left toes movement.
• When Claire left I used the loo for one more tinkle then sat and kept reading. I told Tina I was still starving; could she please feed mea few scotch fingers? Well, she lemme have one, better than nothing! XD
• Tina left @ 4pm. After I’d finished reading for one hour I did a stinky unspeakable before returning online.
• Hoping to watch Seven’s 6pm news soon!
• Toms: think PIG mum wants me to attend some appointment with her?
